Delicious food but slow service! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was told to not get the fried oysters (so keep that... in mind)! They were more on top with clearing the table (grabbing plates) than attending (taking orders, drinks, check) but notsure if that’s due to shortage of staff. The clam chowder was the best I’ve tasted in Seattle and I’ve tried the clamchowder from Pike Place Chowder and other restaurants. The spicy crab chowder and crab cake was okay.. nothing special. Thegarlic Manila Clams were delicious! The Kusshi oysters were delicious but note that they are very tiny! It was recommended bythe host and waiter as a favorite sweet one. The seafood risotto appeared to have much less seafood than I expected but stilldelicious. Read more

I try my best to not leave bad reviews because I know how hard businesses work to build ratings. But in this scenario, the... service I received here was on a different level of pretentious. Upon arrival they have in writing that they will charge you a20% gratuity above your bill, regardless of how their service is. It was my first time, so i wanted to get to know theirofferings. I couldn't ask our server any questions about their food or menu without some kind of rude or passive aggressivecomment. Any questions I asked, my server made it a point to walk away in the middle of their explanation to me. We ordered theseafood platter to share between 3 people, the server said 'oh yeah, it'll feed 3, no problem!' Upon arrival of the dish, whichtook awhile to arrive, we realized that the portion is so small, it would barely feed one person. The fish was so dry, we didn'tfinish it and left it on our plate. When the server picked up the plate, he made it a point to tell us 'Just so you know thatfish is $50 a pound...' We were shocked. To top it off, when you get the check, they still have the audacity to give you theoption to tip more! Overall, the location is nice because it's on the pier but, I would hope they take actions towards buildinga better level of customer service from top to bottom, while also re-evaluating their kitchen's techniques and pricingstructure. Good food. Great oyster selection. Service everywhere is so tough right now for everyone. Not to mention the added 20% gratuity... added to your check now. The sever made sure to remind us twice that the 20% went to the whole restaurant and if we needed toadd extra if we wanted to tip her directly. The restaurant industry is tricky right now. So just make sure you pay attention toyour check and tip accordingly ???? Read more

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed Elliott’s! This is the restaurant my husband brought me to for every anniversary... until we moved away from Seattle. So many lovely memories at this place. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is perfect aswell. The service is always spectacular, I don’t know how but they have the sweetest and most attentive servers I’ve everexperienced in the Seattle area. We recently visited Seattle during our anniversary so of course we went to Elliott’s. Theircocktails were very tasty, and they had a wonderful menu while we were there. We tried their snow crab, crab chowder, adelicious house salad, amazing oysters, and a surprise strawberry shortcake from our server, Chris Y, when we ordered ourcappuccinos. Chris was excellent from start to finish, I’m thrilled he was taking care of us. Everything was outstanding andthey are still my favorite restaurant even if I do live across the country now. We will never visit Seattle and skip going toElliott’s. I can’t tell you how many people I recommend this restaurant to, both locals and tourists. Read more

Loved the oysters! And if you sit at the bar and it's not busy, they can tell you all about the different ways you can order... them and how the temp of the water, the way they are caught, where they come from, etc affect the taste. I generally loveoysters, but didn't know much about them. This was the best experience I've had at a restaurant where I ordered them! I wastold by my neighbor that the clam chowder is really good too. The only reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five isbecause the restaurant charges a 20% service fee (separate from tip of course). That's an outrageous amount!! And they don'ttell you before you order. Read more

First of all our experience was amazing just based on the service. My husband and I sat at the bar with Amanda and Eric. Amanda... made the best Paloma I’ve ever had and was great to just sit and chat with. She gave us great Tips on places to visit duringour stay. Eric was such a great help with helping us choose oysters. We had about 26 different types. All were amazing! I hopewhen we return to Seattle next time the service will be just as great! Read more

Had a delicious meal here and like how I can see the boats coming and going like you see on one of those fishing or old pirate... movies and you can see and drink all the good whiskey you can imagine but for the price it’s up to you? The waitress made mewait 30 minutes for a beer so I reminded her and she got snappy from that point forward. I’m not someone that complains as youcan see from most of my reviews. I wish I could tell you where there is better clam chowder… hold on … try this place, 15times better, JACKS FISH SPOT !!! Has better sauce and flavor for the price!!!The area is reasonably safe but don’t stray farinland. Like my reviews please !!! Thanks ???? Read more

Visited with friends last spring and absolutely loved it! The interior was spacious and well-designed - definitely better in... these COVID times than most setups I've seen. We sampled oysters, calamari, and some crab meat/cocktail shrimp. I went with thefish & chips for my main entreé - perfectly crisp with a delightful accompanying sauce and impeccable slaw. Overall, this isdefinitely some place I'd come back to when in town again. Definitely plus points for presentation, as well. Read more
