The fish was fresh and the variety was good. You pick various toppings after selecting a bowl size/ amount of protein scoops... (fish types) you want. The servers are not that friendly but they get the job done and work fast. They lost a star for theirimpatience as I asked about sauces (since I'd never been there before and they shouldn't expect customers to automatically knowhow their unique business operates). Fresh and filling. You pick everything that goes in it- great mix and match every visit. Ended up eating it before I took more... pictures, so only have one. Chose salmon and tuna for protein over FOB rice base. Mixed bit crunchy with mango salsa, seaweed,spicy mixed crab with sesame. Have options for sauces and other veggies to addon too. The staff is friendly and quick to processdown the assembly line. Inside only few areas to sit (when I visited first time was blocked off). I?ve been here at least 3 times this past week! This place is my go-to place for lunch. It?s delicious, consistent and the line... moves quick! The staff are pretty friendly and have no complaints. The sashimi is fresh (I get the salmon and yellowtail),serving size is good, flavour is always on point. I can?t fault this place - I took my partner here and he loves it too! Fast casual place where you can pick whatever you want. For being right in the middle of downtown, $14 is a decent price for... this fresh food. Would return, would recommend. Was pleasantly surprised at the portion and generousity of their toppings. While you do pick up... to two proteins, you can load it up with other toppings to make your bowl hearty and filling. Fish was fresh, they also providerefills on miso soup and flavoured citrus water. My second time back and you get so much food! Not living in Seattle anymore, it feels a little expensive but you're also paying... for freshness and everything is very fresh! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and I feel like because it is freshseafood, you are getting your value for sure. The tuna looks high quality but I will say I wouldn't be surprised based on thecolor of the salmon was farmed. Overall, would recommend! Read more
Best poke in town!! This is my go-to poke place - the fish is always super fresh, dash service, TONS of topping options (way... more than I've ever seen before) and reasonably priced. There's a few different locations but I've only ever been to theBelltown one. The regular-sized bowl comes with 2 fish options, and large comes with three. I like to do half FOB rice, halfspinach as the base, and go from there so it's a little like a salad with lots of veggies!! Read more
