Bar staff super friendly. Came in for a solo meal at the bar and enjoyed the mezcal “spicy dib” which was just smoky... enough, catch of the day rockfish in bacon broth with mushrooms and furikake butter and crème brûlée to finish. The catch wasa modest size so I might pair with a salad or side next time. Luckily I had room for desert! Will return soon. Came back for aseated dinner. The beet salad was incredible, steak tartar was also a hit. We’ll be back to this new west Seattle gem! Read more
Nice little restaurant with some seafood options. Very clean and the servers are nice. The hot chicken sandwich and the salmon... sandwich was very greasy but the fries were good! Would come back to try other entrees. Also had good views of the puget sound. Read more
One of my favorite spots in West Seattle! I appreciate the fact that they care deeply about quality ingredients and serving... delicious food. I also think the staff does a wonderful job. The style and decor is chic and I love meeting friends and familythere. My go to food items includes the burger, salmon or halibut sandwich, all egg dishes and burrata. Oh, lots of fun drinks,wine and cocktail options. My only thing is I seem to be cold in the indoor and tent spaces in the Fall / Winter - so dressaccordingly. I was impressed with the food. Everything we ordered we liked a lot. Best grilled cheese I have had. Tomato soup was pretty... good, the donuts holes, the benedict and the potatoes. The pancakes were really good, unique tasting. Drinks were pretty decenttoo. Didn't have any problem with service either. Read more
Gorgeous setting and upbeat, thriving interior. Parked nearby on street on a busy Saturday afternoon. Wondeful, friendly waiter... whose worked there three years. We all enjoyed our food. The quiche was light and fluffy, melt in your mouth goodness! Read more
The food is good and the space is adorable. Gives you the feeling that you are on the beach which is true but the service... though. I understand that covid is still making things tricky but it was slow. Little things like asking if we want an appetizerwhile we ordered drinks would've saved us 15 minutes. Bringing the check when we were asked if we wanted dessert would'vestopped us from going and finding our server. Again I understand most restaurants are having trouble staffing theirestablishments but small changes would lift a lot of burden from the staff. Letting the customers know what you're our of inadvance instead of 30 minutes later would be good. I really do like the place despite what I've said. They have a really goodhalibut sandwich that I couldn't get but I recommend getting it, very good and affordable. Portions here are worth the price.Nice assortment of drinks. Place is super cute. Much more opened layout from when this was TacoTime. Food flavors were great and choices are there for... everyone. Service was very friendly and welcoming. It’s Alki so parking is limited to street parking, so come early! Also makea reservation, they get busy too! Read more
