I can't recommend Harvest Beat enough. I've gone here for my birthday the last several years (except during the COVID shut... downs...), and brought meat eaters with me who've loved it. As a vegetarian I can't express how amazing it is to have such ahigh quality vegan experience available. And the best part is that they don't make dishes that are trying to "be" meat. Thedishes are made to elevate the vegetables themselves, and they always say where the foods are sourced from. The wine pairing isgreat and I've always really enjoyed every wine served, but honestly I recommend getting the non-alcoholic pairing in addition. The elixers are extremely tasty. Staff are also great! Whether you eat meat or not, but especially if you're vegetarian/vegan,go to Harvest Beat. Read more

Wow! We are not vegan but always look for unique restaurants that support local farmers, sustainable and organic “farm to... table” practices. This was a lucky find on the search for a restaurant that meets the above criteria and with all honesty, this was the best meal we’ve ever had. Not only the best vegan meal but THE BEST meal of ALL TIMES. You have to try it tobelieve how creative the chefs are. All 5 courses were delicious, unique, flavorful with only the use of simple, organic andlocal unprocessed ingredients. It was truly an art and pleasure to be able to be a part of this unique experience. We willdefinitely be back! Read more

We had a family dinner at this quaint and homely all-vegan restaurant. We really enjoyed the thoughtful and delicious menu... incorporating fresh local produce. The chefs circulated through the dining rooms explaining their culinary choices. The wine andnon alcoholic pairings were great too. Note that food servings are bigger than what you might be used to at fixed menu diningplaces. So be sure to come with an appetite! Read more

This restaurant is amazing! You get a five course vegan meal that is both healthy and incredibly delicious! Meat eaters will... love it too! You can get either alcohol or non-alcoholic pairings, which I really appreciated as I don’t drink alcohol. Thenon-alcoholic pairings were creative and very tasty. The restaurant uses locally grown and foraged organic whole foods. Everydish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and sooo good!! I never eat desert but I couldn’t stop myself fromdevouring every bite of the creamy vanilla-coconut ice cream. Better than any dairy-based ice cream I’ve ever tasted! I wishthis restaurant was in Calgary (where I live). I would come back to Seattle just to eat here again! Read more

I was blown away by my experience at Harvest Beat. I am pretty certain it’s the best meal I’ve ever eaten. No, not the best... vegan meal. The. Best. Meal. While I love a good meat substitute as much as the next plantmuncher, it’s incredibly refreshingto eat a meal where produce in all its unique forms is celebrated for what it is, rather than made to appear like somethingelse. Each course brought new surprises in the form of creative preparations of farmed and foraged plants I’d never had theopportunity to taste before (sea beans? Morels? Hearts of cattail??? All delicious). We sat at the chef’s table, so we had theopportunity to see how lovingly each dish was prepared. The wine and non-alcoholic pairings set each dish off beautifully, andas a sometimes-drinking partner of a non-drinking person, the freedom to choose either option was great. Despite the upscalemenu, the staff were all extremely friendly and personable, making the whole experience feel homey. I will definitely be comingback as often as my wallet and travel opportunities allow. Read more

Had been wanting to come here for ages! It was a whole experience. Dining during the week starts at 7pm for all guests. You're... welcomed in with a quick tour and beverage (alcoholic or non). You're then invited to choose your own seat based on yourpreferred noise level and visibility/access to the chefs. The head chef then addresses the entire restaurant with a briefspeech about the ingredients, farmers, foragers, and menu. Then it's time to eat! Each course was absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and seasonal. I really appreciated how much thought and effort went into the non-alcoholic drink pairings forevery course. The food is primarily fruits and vegetables; there's little grain and no "protein items" such as tofu. Menus adaptseasonally every four weeks or so. Our favorites were the hasselback squash (potato croquettes a close second)and the carrotsmoked vanilla ginger elixir. There's also a more casual, a la carte option for lunch diners. I would definitely love to beback for another special occasion to try another season's courses. The staff, food, and ambience were all impeccable! Read more

This restaurant had been saved for a special occasion. Finally got a reservation here for a weekend dinner. This place is what... vegan dreams are made of. Firstly, great ambience! Love the size and minimalistic interior. There is a pre-fixed menu thatchanges every month. You can factor in your allergies/restrictions when you book a table online. We did it through open table. And they did such a great job of remembering my online request when they served the food. The chef is amazing and knows hisstuff! There is a dinner gong that goes off before they start serving and the chef explains all the 5 courses. It's kinda hardto remember all the complex culinary words but that's why they give you a menu about it :D Food - Five course. Five stars.Vegan. Perfectly balanced flavors, texture, quantity and warmth. I'll leave out the food details since the menu changes. Ifyou're a wine person, you should opt for the alcoholic pairing. Great selection of wine. It really makes you a bit tipsy towardsthe end of it all. Ha ha! I'd say the price is worth it for the experience you get! One of us also got the non alcoholicpairing. It was amazing as well. My only issue was that there were too many good drinks and I was half full just by drinkingthem and couldn't finish the food. Can't wait to go back here and try some more vegan goodness soon! Read more
