Service was mediocre. Our group ordered a mix of traditional meat sandwiches and vegetarian sandwiches and they were large... portions, tasted fine but greasy and nothing special. I've eaten here many times and the food is excellent. As a to-go option honey hole is a great time and I love their sandwiches.... However, it feels like the Jefferson location has been understaffed or otherwise overwhelmed because the service has not beenvery good, especially recently. I am more than happy to wait a while after placing an order for food, but my girlfriend and Iwere hungry and waited about fifteen minutes for someone to just come talk to us at our table and that never happened. Weultimately decided to just leave and get food elsewhere which was a huge bummer, but we were just too hungry to keepwaiting. To give as much credit as possible to honey hole, it's true that my girlfriend and I originally tried to sit outsidebefore giving up from the cold and moving inside, which likely complicated things for the staff. However, sitting outside wasoffered as an option by the host when we walked in and we still waited over ten minutes once inside to be given a chance toorder our food and that just never happened.
