The burrito was okay (decent), but the service was very poor. We walked in, very excited to try this sushi burrito place.... However, as soon as we walked in, we felt immediate hostility from the folks working behind the counter. True, we had to takesome time perusing the menu since this was our first time. But given that this is a new place, you should except most of yourcustomers to be new, no? Anyway, we were trying to understand how ordering worked, the whole time receiving a death glare fromthe lady behind the counter. Then (god forbid) we had the audacity to ask a question! You can imagine how she responded tothat! Also, her business practice was a little shady, since we just asked "is that crab salad?" And she immediately put it onand charged us $3. About as good as grocery store sushi in terms of quality. It cost a bit over $14 including tax for a sushi burrito with tuna.... The sushi burrito idea is neat, but gets a bit messy to eat. The space is nice and well decorated with a clean modern lookyou'd expect at a new boba shop. It felt quite empty on a Monday evening though. They also have ice cream for somereason. There are other poke places in the udistrict that taste better and are cheaper or give you more protein. Read more
I dined here in June of 2022. In general, the food was very delicious and fresh. The staff were super kind and attentive, and... the food was prepared expertly! I ordered the salad with salmon poke, while my friends ordered the sushi burritos. The burritoswere definitely large enough to split, or make for a great second meal! The salad was the perfect size for a meal. There waslots of seating space, and I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a delicious, quick spot (the food wasslightly expensive, but worth it for its freshness!) Read more
It's a yummy place with, the vibes were ok. I paid $16 for a sushi burrito. The quality of the food was nice. This location is... spacious, but it seemed kind of sparse and cold. I recommend this place for pick up, but sitting I don't think so. It'sbeautifully decorated however the automosphere just wasn't it. Read more
IJ Sushi Burrito is a great place to eat with friends. They have a collection of games to play at the table, lots of seats, and... great food and desserts! They feature a build your own burrito/bowl bar and also have options you can order if you don't want tocustomize your own.
