The staff were inviting and kind. The food was a little unexpected since I haven?t tried cuisine from Spain. I was surprised to... enjoy the paella; I?ve learned about it in my Spanish classes and wanted to try it, but never had because I?m not a fan ofsquid. The squid was flavored in a way it didn?t taste like the sea; it was delicious. I wasn?t a fan of the brisket; thesauce/marinade tasted bitter/sour to me, but the steak itself was cooked to perfection (we ordered medium rare). The wait staffseemed too spread out (we noticed there was inside and outside seating with only 2 servers to go around); larger tables hadtheir orders in before us even though we were seated first. We went here for take out on a Saturday, but was told they don?t dotakeout Fridays/Saturdays (would be good to post this info on their website where I checked). However, despite this setback itturned into a pleasant date night. Read more

Cozy little restaurant! I was offered a few different options for seating by a very friendly staff member when I walked in, and... grabbed a seat at the bar. I had the chop salad and beef tenderloin, both delicious. The bartender Morgan was really nice andattentive, and the solstice cocktail she made was amazing. Read more

We enjoyed the food here but weren't blown away by the speed of service. We ordered the Lamb Brochette, Scallops, Paella, and... Chicken Bastilla. The lamb was great and had a strong savory flavor with an almost breading like outer textures from theseasoning used. This tasted good and was not overwhelming. The scallops were also quite good. Well seared on each side andpacked with flavor, the corn and sauce also served as a nice compliment to the dish. The paella was quite filling and had akare variety of different seafoods that was blended well and not overtaken by any one component. The chicken Bastilla wasunderwhelming but I think this less an issue with the dish and more so with my expectations. It is a very sweet dish(unsurprisingly given it's ingredients) but the spiced chicken dominated the flavor profile and for me just felt like a weirdcombination of flavors. Is it a dessert? A dinner? Not sure but not really my thing. The service seemed really behind and wecouldn't tell if this was simply due to how many people were eating that evening or because the waitress herself just wasn'tthat consistent. We had our order brought twice a and on no less than 4 occasions the waitress brought out food or drinkintended for tables around us but she would forget the intended table and look like a deer in the headlights as she wonderedwhere she should be delivering. It was rather amusing but by the 4th time it was hard to not wonder what the heck was goin on. Read more

This place is just excellent. I?ve come here a few times now and have been impressed each time. The dishes and cocktails are... carefully crafted and unique, and even with this being tapas/small plates I haven?t felt disappointed with the amount of foodI?ve received for the price. You can expect the portions to be on the smaller side but the quality and the flavors in each dishmore than make up for it. I plan on continuing to come here to try new dishes! Read more

This is the best restaurant in West Seattle. Took hubs here for his bday dinner: it's a heady mix of Spanish tapas and Moroccan... food. The drinks (with basil simple syrup and cachaça) 'were fantastic and the food was unique and delicious. The croquettesget a special mention: potatoes and mnachego cheese deep fried with cheese sauce but the scallops with a roasted cauliflowersauce and roasted corn was sublime. Hubs enjoyed his beef. No plastic in sight. You can bring your (well behaved) dogs into theoutdoor seating area. Read more

It's technically tapas, but I'd say leans more toward small portion fine dining. The food was phenomenal and our server was very... nice and attentive without being overbearing in any way. I highly recommend making the trip to west Seattle to seek out thisgem. Read more

We moved to the area recently and have been wanting to try Itto's since our first time even just visiting West Seattle. We made... a reservation for Valentine's Day dinner, and when we showed up, there was a mistake that had been made with our reservation andwe weren't quite sure what our next steps were. We left to see what our other dining options were, but had our hearts set onItto's so we returned to the restaurant and talked more to staff about our frustrations. From that point forward, everything wascommunicated so well, and with flexibility and grace. We had one of the best meals that we have had in a long time, thecocktails were fantastic, and the service was really wonderful. I'm so glad that we returned and were able to resolve theinitial issue as everything was handled expertly and with a level of care that was beyond appreciated. We absolutely will returnand will recommend Itto's to our friends and family. Of note, we are vegetarian and everything that we ate (pretty much theentire vegetarian menu ha ha) was absolutely fantastic. Read more
