I have no problems with the food, it was exactly how it should be. I was very upset due to how I was treated by the man who was... working the drive thru... I forgot to request curly fries for my son and when I got to the window, I politely asked to get thefries switched and he was so mean... He told me that he couldn't switch the fries and if I wanted to get curly fries I had to goback around and do a new order to get them! I'm never going back to this particular Jack in the box! As a former Jack in the box employee I can tell when the chicken nuggets ive been given have been sitting in a warmer for the... last hour free being fried. Cook to order, stop being lazy and cooking an hour before so that you don?t have to actually workwhen people come thru. Ridiculous Read more

Update: I went back today and was given the wrong burger... ordered ultimate cheeseburger, and got some single patty burger with... bacon and I think Jack cheese. That was the last chance for that location. I don't know how busy they were inside but the drivethrough was very slow and still got my order wrong... 4 tacos no lettus, well done or crispy. UPDATE: Came back after months of not coming and nothings changed. I can?t even order breakfast. This is the weirdest Jack in... the box. Why don?t they just shut it down? The burgers are good food-wise like Jack always is. My faves are the sourdough patty melt and the ultimate cheeseburger.... Amazing. Use the app to get nice freebies with your order. Avoid the tacos. They were super oily and mushy. This particularlocation looks very sketch because of all the graffiti. The adjoining 7 Eleven is abandoned and boarded up, which adds to thesketchiness. But this is still the *less scary* location than the one on 4th Ave S! Read more
I ordered using the drive thru. The man at the window said move to the waiting area. In my experience, the waiting area has... homeless, gang members, and gun fire. It is an unsafe place to be. I told the man the man at the window I would not move. Hegave me my money back and to me to leave. The store just lost $35 worth of business that day. Warning to future customers: Ifyou are asked to move to the waiting area, you are taking your life in your hands. According to the Seattle Police Department,that corner is adjacent to a high crime area. Read more
