Why only open drive-thru? Why do you have the lobby closed when the website says otherwise? If the company is just going to be a... drive-thru only restaurant, you should let your customers know that. It seems every other JITB location around also has theirlobbies closed. Read more
How is it not going to be nice if the manager ???? who was there did everything possible to make the homeless go away and for... everything to work well, he practically gave his life for the job, so that they did not do anything for him, neither give himnor pay him his vacations or sick hours, when he died, not even his full salary, that's why the workers don't last long and theyleave, because of the few benefits they get, doing the work of more than one person, and it's not their fault them but from thedistrict manager, who takes care of the money as if it were his, he just says buy this then you give me the note. I hope youfind another person who helps you as much as the one who helped you and you did nothing to at least give him full payment, hedied but they had no reason not to pay him. There is Karma. They are always slow, short staffed and the rest of the staff don't seem to really care. Makes me wonder if they have given up... or if corporate franchise owner doesn't care about them. Either way it's sad. Most of the time these places are always hiringand guess what a sign says "WE'RE HIRING" . I wouldn't know. This location only offers drive through. Seems like they would be loosing money for this crazy only option on... such a busy intersection. Try to walk in and order something but could not because of no car. Pretty lame if you ask me. Atleast put a walk up window or something. So they get 0 Stars from me Read more
I always get the same thing each time the jumbo Jack and fries. The food is what you would expect from a fast food... drive-through. The food is good. The one thing I do not like about this particular restaurant is I literally spent 10 to 15minutes in drive-through even with just 2 to 3 cars in front of me On a regular basis. Read more

I actually live adjacent to this and didn't try it out for the longest time due to poor reviews, but I gave it a try tonight -... it was actually a damn good burger and fries for fast food. Will be back, keep it up! Read more
