The outside seating was really nice, good music. The customer service was really amazing. They recommended I tried the rib with... Mac and cheese and corn cream on the side it was delicious. There homemade lemonade was perfect for the weather. They came andchecked on us several times making sure that we had everything we want 15/10 customer service and very friendly. Rarely will you find decent BBQ anywhere. But here you will find PERFECT BBQ, full of flavor that will cause you to stop and... truly savor what you're eating at an entirely new level. The sauces are spot on, the entrees are masterful, and all is offeredby such an amazing staff that you will be shocked... Best BBQ I've tried in King or Snohomish county, and I've tried a few, lol. Hubby had the Texas Trinity with brisket, ribs, and... sausage, he had a regular and a cheddar jalapeño. The smoke ring on the brisket was beautiful. The sausage was soooo good!! Forhis sides he had the mac n cheese and cornbread. Great flavor on the mac!! I got the Shack Sammy, kickin' style. Oh boy did ithave some kick!! The slaw and sweet picked were the perfect sweet compliment to the heat. I got the savory Ranch Beans.Perfection! BBQ flavor but not so strong that you couldn't taste the actual beans. Hubs had a IPA, I had the smoked sweet tea,with the shot of Tito's peach vodka! Omg, it was so tasty I ordered one to go ???? Seattle is not famous with BBQ but this place has decent BBQ. It is not the best but decent quality. I got 1/4 lb brisket, 1/4... lb pulled pork and 2 hot links. We ordered the brisket and pulled pork with Mac & cheese and potato salad and loved every bite. Wanted to hug our server, Jamie,... who suggested and we gratefully accepted the free pickles, onions, jalapenos and white bread.
