I pick up breakfast here every Friday morning. I get the same breakfast crepe every time. Unfortunately, the way it?s made is... very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s big and fluffy with a bunch of filling, and other times it?s crispy or hard, with minimalfilling. It?s disappointing to come here regularly and order the same thing, but not know what I?m going to get. This is such agreat place, I just wish they took better care of my orders. Read more

I tried the House Special latte and I definitely recommend it. The crepe I got was also delicious. Staff is friendly and the... atmosphere is nice. Definitely worth a stop! Read more

Easy to get to from the Northgate light rail station. Great coffee, they use beans from Zoka Roasters. A little more expensive... than chain coffee, but much better quality. Lots of food options for $7 to $15 Good seating options indoors. A few booths, comfy chairs, low tables in addition to the cafe tables and chairs. Covered outdoor seating at bar height. Courtyard hastables with umbrellas and chairs. Read more

I came into the cafe at around 6:55pm on 7/9 and stood at the counter waiting to be helped for a few minutes. Then an employee... greeted me and told me that they were closed at 7 and wouldn?t serve me. I pointed out that it was exactly 7 and I had beenwaiting at the counter for a few minutes. She asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I?d like a Taro Milk Tea blended. Shementioned they were out of the tapioca balls and I said that?s fine and that I?d like it with the mango poppers. She thenswitched to telling me they were completely out of the tea, which was sitting out in plain sight on the counter. I didn?t havethe energy to call her out on her lie but I?m very disappointed in this business. Please make sure this young lady doesn?t lieto customers or waste their time simply out of her sheer laziness. Read more

The Jewel Box was my family's "place" to go to for breakfast back in the day. It has great coffee, great breakfast crepes and... sandwiches and a wonderful atmosphere. The lunch options were really tasty as well. As we went every Sunday, we got to know thepeople working here. They showcase local artwork on the wall and I believe you can purchase them as well. I went to get some oftheir great coffee today and it brought back a lot of nostalgia. While COVID hasn't been kind to dining establishments, theJewel Box is still worth the visit. Edit: the coffee here is still great. They are open for dine in now so I busted out with abreakfast crepe and it was like I remembered. Read more

Soft, delicious crepes, good mochas, employees that are always busy but care about doing their best, never empty but definitely... enough seating in the mornings. I recommend coming early on sunny days & enjoying the outdoor seating with the morning sun! Thegame tables (where this food picture is taken) are also lovely and somewhat separated from the majority of indoor seating tofacilitate noise control. I hope to try their breakfast crepes on my next visit, and always appreciate delivery! Jewel box cafeis great! It's popular for a reason ;) Features: - Dietary restriction options (alt./plant based milks, meat free breakfastcrepes, gluten free crepe options) - Indoor and outdoor seating - Game tables - Outlets - 2 hours guest wifi with purchase - 1customer bathroom - Employees that mask up & keep safe distance - Sweet and savory options for crepes, all of which are good -bubble tea (hit or miss) - Large portions (better than other crepe places I've been to in the area) - Contactless payment -Napkins at *every* table (thank you for this!) - Warm wood aesthetic & warm lighting (good for comfortable studying) -Fireplace - Accessible entry - Great location with Thornton place parking - Long hours!! Thank you Jewel Box! Read more

Really tasty tea in the boba - I got the spring green milk tea and it was the perfect thing for a warm day. My only complaint... was that the boba was very hard, like it hadn't been cooked through all the way. I'll definitely be coming back for more, especially considering how cool the inside of the cafe was! Read more

Tastiest Crepes in Seattle (as far as I've found). Absolutely love the friendly service and tasty food/coffee, plus the vibes... are mellow and Library-like (design, lots of warm wood, etc). Love it here! Read more
