I had placed an order at 3:21pm today and it is 6:49pm. I never received my meal. I kept calling to see where it is at and they... kept saying that its out for delivery but it never arrived. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Sent my husband to walk and get us jimmy John's and they wouldn't let him order because we... didn't call and place our order in advance. Yes you heard that right. There was no one in line, no employees makingsandwiches, and they told him to call me, to have me call Jimmy John's to place the order.. even though he was already standingat the register. I?m a nurse at a hospital nearby, forgot to bring lunch on my 12hour shift. I placed an order online at 12:23pm and the delivery... guy was downstairs in the main lobby calling me at 12:30pm to deliver my sandwich. Pretty good sandwiches. We were just passing by and decided to eat here. The pricing was pretty decent for what we got. My only... complaint was the service. The person "helping" us seemed uninterested in answering our questions. They just kept pointing atvarious signs or menus. We had never eaten there before, so we didn't exactly know what to expect. Although the young man taking my order seemed bothered, I overlooked that when I watched Tonya and Codi make my six subs. They... work well as a team. They were pleasant to talk to.
