When I was in Seattle, I found this place on internet. I followed my instinct and went there. And I'm glad that I did. I tried... taru sake and then switched to shochu on the rocks. They both were very good. For food, I started fresh oysters and tsukunewith raw quail egg. Tsukune was fantastic. Grilled vegetables on the skewers. Okra with miso sauce and shishito with bonitoflakes. Really nice. Then torikara and some nigiri sushi. They were all great. And my server Tim was very attentive and gavesome recommendations on the menu. We even took a picture together, hahaha. I will go back there for sure. Read more

Portion sizes have shrunk a bit since they opened like with the gindara saikyo (used to be 2 fillets if the black cod instead of... 1), but the food is still tasty, especially the garlic bomber rice! Read more

Corn appetizer is one of my favorite item here. And the rib-eye steak can?t go wrong which you can cook to your desire in the... iron skillet. Read more
