Wonderful family owned spot with delicious food and kind staff! Dishes were served fast, hot, and presented beautifully. I love... that they offer combos so that you can get smaller portions of more things. We will definitely be back! Read more

I never write reviews but we had such a good experience here! We got a drink at the bar which was delightfully run by Anya. The... drinks were so good. She was very kind and attentive. We got food to go, but we actually wished we had stayed! It had such aneighborhood vibe. The food was amazing, made lovingly by Anya?s Mom in the kitchen. We had crab Rangoon, green curry and crispychicken. Cannot recommend enough! Read more

Very friendly family, Very clean and welcoming space!\nThe food is tasty but portions were much smaller than our usual Asian... food takeouts! Rice is not included. Fried chicken wings went well with the ?mirin sweet sauce. The wide noodles were tasty andlightly spiced.\nMongolian beef sauce was delicious with tough broccoli!\nOverall, I would go back! This location keeps changing ownership. I had the spicy eggplant with tofu, it was good. Not very spicy (ordered a 2). My... friend ordered the spicy chicken dish. Her #2 was not spicy. She liked the chicken, the vegetables were super plain, no sauceon them at all. She basically ordered chicken with plain vegetables. Something to know for the future.\nIt was a little on thepricier side, most things in Seattle are these days.\nWould go again for sure Read more

Amazing food, friendly staff and clean place. This is by far the best thai food i have had since I moved to Seattle. Do check... their instagram for they don\'t have everything on their menu. I had checked their insta pics and ordered the spicy seafoodcurry which looked amazing not only in insta pic but also tasted amazing(I didn\'t see it in their menu, so i just asked themfor it). Do make sure you know your spice level. I went with 2, which was medium spicy. It was a perfect spice level if you wanta little bit of spice(for those asian tongues used to a lot of spices). Had to order Thai tea when in thai place which was justa ok unlike the rest of the food. Read more

Koo Hoo is a local Thai restaurant that aims for the street Thai type food. They have a decent sized menu, portion sizes are... about average and so are prices. Their food is delicious though, so much flavor. They have a good amount of seating inside butit can get busy quickly so we order take out a lot instead. The staff is so nice here, always so cheerful. Parking is toughhere, especially when 15th has tow away times, so be careful when parking even when picking up l. Would highly recommend thisfor Thai food as one of the better ones in Seattle. We were super excited when a (hopefully) legit Thai restaurant opened just a couple blocks from our house. Ballard has several... great Thai options but there?s always room for another especially if it?s almost next door!\n\nThis one definitely is legit. Thefood is great - and they have a good variety of both the classic Thai dishes and more local less well known but delicious ones. The menu also has a few Korean inspired twists (particularly in the cocktail selection...) from co-owner Paul?s background. He?sa great friendly host who happily shared recommendations of both food and drink. The real star of the show has to be his Thaimother-in-law though who cooked up some spectacular (and extremely spicy, because we asked for the ?Thai Spicy? option thatcertainly lived up to its name) food! We?ve tried various noodle dishes, the Thai sausage, sticky rice, and others and all havebeen good.\n\nWe?ll keep coming back! Read more
