I wish I could place a higher review because honestly my service was impeccable the young woman who served me at the cash... register was extremely polite courteous and a joy to be served by, it being the holiday season and me being so taken by herimpeccable service customer service skills I wanted to complement her with a tip when I realized they had no tip jar I tried topass her a cash tip when she explained that they are not allowed to take tips which I would just like to take this time to saythat that should not be acceptable and that at any time if somebody wishes to give somebody a tip that should not be refusedespecially in the world that we?re living in the cost of living and the amount of pay ratio in the state at this time is atravesty. Nonetheless as she began to explain she cannot except the tips and she was grateful nonetheless the manager andmiddle-aged white male came out screaming at her demeaning her in the middle of the lobby in front of many guest that weredisgusted by his behavior several people got up and left to which I explain to him that he had no right to be screaming at thisvery young African-American girl no older than 1718 at most for some thing she didn?t do wrong, she was only being complementedfor her good work ethic and was following their protocol by explaining to me she could not except the tip it was incrediblyinappropriate and downright uncomfortable to be a witness to. I spoke up for her as best I could and explain to him that he wasway out of line and that the first thing that I would be doing when I got home is reporting this to Google and to his superiorsin corporate which I?m awaiting a response to my email. It is so hard to find good employees nowadays when people make farm orsitting at home on unemployment and you can go down the street to a McDonald?s and make $20 an hour or better yet the Aztecawork as a host and definitely take them tips of a couple hundred dollars minimum every few days. This place is like living history. Donut factory and cafe in the typical Krispy Kreme style. They have a large selection of... donuts for any dozen, drive thru and plenty of seating as well. You can watch how they make these iconic donuts here. One funnyfact, I was probably the only one who wanted an espresso, the guy behind the counter didn't even know if they could make it andhe didn't have a glass for it, so he prepared it for me in a big cup? and yes, don?t ask for it, it?s not good. My wife loves all the donuts from here. Only pro or con is the location depending on who is going. This is near the Aurora lane... where you can see prosties roaming around. If you are going with family ???? definitely not a great view. Read more

You would think Krispy Kreme of all donut shops would have good donuts but not at this location. I went through the drive thru... around 9am they didn't have any raspberry filled or chocolate creme so I said just replace them with another assortment as longas they were all different donuts. They gave me the 4 I chose that they did have then 2 more maple, so my assorted 6 pack was 3maple, Bavarian creme, strawberry sprinkle and a oreo. Sigh. I guess I could live with that if the donuts weren't all cold, really cold and hard almost crunchy. I would almost say they were stale. Maybe they should change their name to crunchy Kreme.Terrible donuts that morning. Read more

I remember when this location opened -- the first Krispy Kreme in the Seattle area. Wow. What a change from then to... now. First, as I entered the store, I was greeted not by a smiling face handing me a fresh glazed off the line but, a literalswarm of flies. Next, based on the general grime all around it was clear the store hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Thedonut machine wasn't on and I got the impression based on all the racks full of donuts that they no longer make the donuts hereanymore -- just have them brought in every morning. The donuts weren't bad they just didn't have the freshness that used to bewhat the Krispy Kreme experience was all about. Only one employee was on duty and they had to cover both the in-store customersand drive-thru. As she was filling my order, I thought she was asking me a question but, she was just taking a drive thruorder. Krispy Kreme, what happened to ya? Have you just given up? Read more

The donuts are always good. The woman at the counter has NO clue how to run an efficient, counter nor ANY business. They need... to fire her and hire someone who is efficient, is familiar with hygiene, handling food without wiping and coughing on the donutsand has customer service skills. Ridiculous wait (like she enjoys her "power") of making people wait 48 minutes for one regularcustomer pre ordered every week and me simple ready to go glazed dozen. If you're looking fo an easy decent paying gig,GO APPLY! Read more

Absolute chaos and stress! Doors are locked during business hours to prevent too many customers in - thankfully another customer... let me in. I?m guessing they were short staffed with a full line of 12+ people ahead of me and the drive thru totallyoverflowing. I had done an online order and went to ask about getting my order picked up. The staff don?t acknowledge you sosince they?re so busy so I waited in line for about 25mins with still 7 people ahead of me. Finally they started taking onlineorders and it was out of hand, the customers in the regular line stared yelling and an uproar ensued. The atmosphere was prettyscary and aggressive and I just got out of there. Donuts are fresh but it took people 30+ minutes just to order. I feel sorryfor the staff and how all of this was handled. Management should be ashamed they set up failure for customers and workers giventhe conditions. You?ve been warned. Read more

I came specifically for the special ?Chocolate Glazed? Donut that Krispy Kreme has every once in a while. The employees at this... store though kept giving me the wrong donut every time I explained what I wanted. I tried three different times throughout theday, but no one got it right. The donuts were good either way, just disappointed that there isn?t consistency between theannouncements and what the local stores know. Read more
