Made in House is a Korean casual spot in Fremont that has amazing options you can order right from the counter! We grabbed a... roll of spicy salmon kimbap from the counter and also ordered the daily bento with bulgogi, which a rotating bowl of sides withyour choice a protein. Every flavor and texture in both the kimbap and bowl came together amazingly—would highly recommendanyone to come for a casual meal! Read more

I will admit that when I walked in and saw kale kimchi and avocado kimbap, I had my doubts. The doubts soon disappeared when I... took my first bite.\n\nI got the spicy seafood stone pot bop which had shrimp and japchae. They heated up the stone pot with thesesame oil so the rice caramelized in just the right way at the bottom. Even though the food was hipster-ized with variousnon-traditional ingredients, it also somehow tasted fairly authentic.\n\nIt did seem like they went a little overboard with thesesame oil and both my dish and my girlfriend’s (who ordered the bibimbap) tasted a bit heavy. We still enjoyed it though, andI’ll definitely be coming back to try it again. Read more

I had Made in House bookmarked since its opening, and it has become a go-to lunch spot. My first visit was in January, and I... loved the food so much that I have returned 3 more times.\n\nFood: 5/5\nMade in House is exceptional at executing simple foodperfectly. When I say simple, I do not mean bland or boring. Instead, Made in House takes the best produce in a given season andprepares them in a way that highlights the freshness of the ingredient while elevating it with Korean flavors and preparations.Their Mom’s medley bibimbap exemplifies this because each vegetable in this veggie forward dish is treated with so much careand thought. I get excited thinking about the bibimbap’s crisp, lightly battered kale tempura and the al dente zucchini halfmoons.\n\nOver the course of my 4 visits, I have ordered the following: bibimbap with grilled garlic chicken, bibimbap withbulgogi ribeye, seafood stone pot bop, daily bento, bulgogi kimbap, avocado kimbap, and passionfruit spritzer. I personally lovethe Mom’s medley bibimbap and the bulgogi kimbap, but you really cannot go wrong with anything here. The food simply nourishesyour body and your soul! Read more

Made in House is genuinely my favorite restaurant in Seattle. The daily bento is my go to as it has a variety of items included... that put the range of Made in House on display. Each bite of food is a symphony of flavors between the chosen protein, pickleditems, crispy tempura kale, kimbop and more! You can\'t go wrong with anything you choose here and the service is so kind! Read more
