Food was overpriced and mediocre. Chicken was dripping oil but somehow not crunchy. The seasoning was bitter. Waited 10 minutes... for a sandwich that was cold. They had the large folding windows open in the restaurant with it being 46 degrees out, so ourfood was instantly cold. Drumsticks were undercooked. Not enough seating. Have to stand in a separate line to order drinks. Read more

Fried chicken is good here! Order line is separate from Rachel?s ginger beer bar. I?m a fan of spicy food and only ordered the... second to the most spicy option. Honestly I?d tried the most spicy option for the extra kick. Location is pretty nice and facesthe street in U village. Nice hangout place with friends here with some cook drinks and spicy chicken Read more

Found a table, service was pretty quick. Chicken sandwich was delightfully crispy-crunchy, and a little dry. We ordered extra... pickles and fries. Their fries are mediocre and I would recommend saving room for ice cream instead. Read more

Was served raw chicken. I brought it to the window, they confirmed it was raw, threw it in the garbage, and just walked away.... Waste of money, can get you sick, and bad service. I have gotten good chicken here before but this turned me sour. Read more

I'd heard people say ma'ono is the best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle, but this was absolute trash. The chicken was... incredibly dry. Batter and seasoning hardly helped. I ordered medium and didn't taste even the faintest bit of spice, and it'sextra $ to get it any hotter. The bun and sauce were very standard. I liked the pickle but that's about it. Maybe otherlocations are better? Love Rachel's ginger beer tho. Read more

Felt pretty average for a chicken sandwich. You only order online here and then pick up your order on the counter. That process... is simple enough, but you don't quite get to ask any questions or get an opinion if it's your first time. Chicken sandwich -the buns are softly toasted on the inside but the outside is definitely underwhelming. Can get a bit soggy, especially thebottom layer. The creamy mayo is pleasant, I opted for light mayo and felt like that was a wise choice in order to enjoy theother flavors including the chicken. Don't get the burger cut in half, I thought it'd be nice and sounded fancy but it ends upbeing more messy and troublesome. Each half of my burger had the chicken cut in half as well, not sure if intended, but Iessentially had four quarter circle pieces that made up the burger and they loved to move around. Drumsticks weren't anythingspecial. I enjoyed them but they weren't much different than other fried chicken places. Slightly different seasoning, sure, butthe chicken and breading were very typical. Ginger was a nice addition, though. By no means a bad place, potentially an unluckyexperience. Average experience with higher expectations. Experience may vary based on beverages--maybe stop by for some gingerbeer while you're here anyway? That could've been my mistake, not choosing to merge the two. Read more

Excellent chicken sandwich. Fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Love having this place right inside Rachel?s Ginger Beer,... the Guava drink was great with the Hawaiian style chicken. Read more

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries to go. The fries were under seasoned and the chicken was pretty dry. Looks like they... use chicken breast meat. I think it would have tasted better with thigh meat. The kings Hawaiian bun and mayo were deliciousthough. I would come back, hopefully the dry chicken was an outlier. Read more
