Spectacular empanadas! Authentic and fresh with just the right seasonings! They are the go to food for my kids and her friends,... too. They just grab them about of the freezer (if we don?t have them cooked already) and pop them in the oven. Healthy heartyhandmade meal for the kids that I feel great about. I regularly buy Maria Luisa empanadas - everyone in the family LOVES them. There are so many options (vegetarian ones too), they... are easy to make when frozen and it?s nice that they can keep long in the freezer!
