No matter how you time it, morning, afternoon or evening, the quality and lack of customer service is deplorable. The intercom... system Is hot and miss and often you have to pay the person who hands you food. Heath inspectors, please check this place out.Somehow the same rules do not apply to every customer. Thank you to kind Hispanic ladies who work in the morning; you alwaysserve with a smile. This is the worst McDonald's in America . You can't sit down inside you can't even get inside because they're ordering thing is... broken and for those who don't have cars I basically can't eat McDonald's. Absolutely worthless. Read more
Put a no pickles sticker on burgers with pickles and call it good? Lame. Do better and try McDonald's.
Went with 3 kids looking forward to McDonald's, the dinning room and bathrooms were closed. I even asked if we could just use... the bathroom so the kids could wash up, we were turned away. A truly lousy experience. Read more
This branch of McD is the worst ever. I have been here twice the first time I visited I ignored there bad treatment then came... the second time and nothing was different the staff were very rude and seemed less concerned about their clients, and the waythey answer you is nasty except the girl who keeps tide the place and Victoria the rest especially the so called "MANAGERS",You can do better. You get tired serving your clients but it's still customer service be good with your clients you will needthem every day irrespective of the amount of money they spend. You may say people will always eat but remember there areother outlets that serve similar food so the competition is very high.its better to keep your clients that struggle winningnew clients .That my take. Very poor quality food. Over priced at $11+ for a combo meal ordered inside. The burger was luke warm, small and tasteless. I... don't see how these fast food chains stay in business. The food was actually really good and nicely put together not just thrown together the service absolutely sucks as soon as you... walk in you're not greeted with hello how may I help you you are greeted with order over there well I don't know how to operateone of those ordering device machines I would like to order from a human so I can tell them what I want.
