As I'm waiting outside in the cold, waiting for someone to answer the door for an order there is 4-5 employees standing around... on their phone. All of them looked at me and went right back to staring at their phones and talking to each other. I rang thedoor bell multiple times, called them and asked them if I should pick up at drive thru our the door. They said its faster tograb from the door. Yet no one wanted to answer the door. This place is a joke....on many more than 1 occasion these people cant seem to understand how to take an order (I am dumb for... going back) 8 out of 10 times they can even take a hamburger order successfully. Incompetent staff makes this place one of theworst I have been to. I would avoid this place. There is a great Wendy's near by that gets your order right every time andthere fires are always hot! No I don't work at Wendy's but it is far better than this disaster of a McDonald's. Why do dsthey pay these people more than minimum wage...they actually deserve less. Read more

i have never received a correct order from here. SO frustrating. please, just pay better attention to the tickets. i worked in... fast food, it?s absolutely awful. but the stuff that you guys miss, and the amount of times you?ve missed SUPER obvious stuff(they gave me a plain cheeseburger when the ticket attached to it is correct lmao) it feels like it?s on purpose at this point Read more
After falling in love with the new McDonald's app I have been incredibly pleased to see how well stores have adapted to it. Awful they got my order wrong despite been the only customer. I order the quarter pounder with cheese and mac sauce nothing else... and they gave me a mess that I had to throw out. I recomend Wendy's next door! Read more
This specific McDonald's is always a problem,They rush u to order in the drive through and still get the order wrong,I ordered 2... ,6 piece happy meals they gave us two 4 pieces,I ordered a small sprite they gave us a medium and charged me 1.99... everytimeour experience has not been good.
