Long wait in line as well as drive thru. McFlurrys are not blended well most candy products at the top or bottom of the ice... cream. Food is excellent. Service is friendly and above average though wait times are too long. Read more
The area surrounding this McDonald's dose not feel very safe. A large homeless population in surrounding area and not very... clean. Also, this McDonald's dose not offer indoor dining option. So not recommended especially if visiting during colder orwinter months. Read more
Weirdest McDonald's I have visited. They block you at door and take your order, absolutely no entry into the restaurant. Unsure... why or what happened but no trust for all. Food was McDonald's quality, service lower due to limited interaction andatmosphere.... on the street atmosphere. Zero hospitality. Read more
25 dollars for a big Mac meal and a 1/4 with cheese meal. Had to ask twice for the drinks that came with the meal. French fries... were cold. No inside service. It is just probably because it is in Seattle. Very disappointed in this McDonald's. Not theirusual standard. Read more
Order in advance with the App so you don?t have to wait in that line out on 3rd Ave. (The less you?re exposed to on the blade,... the better! ) Besides, the app gives you buy 1 get 1 free deals. Those are the only deals you should be doing on the blade! Read more
Don't blame the restaurant. It's downfall is due to the city's extreme leniency on crime as a whole. Im sure they cant attract... quality employees due to the surrounding grime and dangers either. I miss going inside and having a seat to eat while commuting.Maybe the city will put effort into revitalizing downtown again one day. Read more
The app is great and love their breakfast menu. Hate that it's not open earlier and meets the needs of the community. I think... they do well for having such a tough area and think it would be wise to train them on dealing with nuisance customers in apolite and assertive manner rather than ignoring them or being dismissive. Do not come to this location. It?s a nice idea to have some fast food options in Seattle, however this is on 3rd ave in... downtown Seattle in the midst of a variety of homeless and drug using individuals. This location as never fully reopened since2020, they do orders via the app or at a window, even with the app it took 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger. Also there were atleast 3-4 staff just sitting around while one young man worked his tail off to try to help a growing line of customers. Kudos tohim and shame on the management for not supporting customers. Not worth the time and worry. Read more
