Its definitely a preppy posh packed bar and overpriced to match the average income of the neighborhood. The drink selection is... spectacular but the food is way overpriced for bar fare. Sizing and amount of food for the price is sad. 2 pieces of silverdollar sized fish and chips and fries for $22.50? I expected better for the price. I certainly wont come back. Read more
Last night, we ordered two small garden salads and a cold cut turkey sandwich. Nothing too fancy or complicated. The food took... well over an hour to make. When we asked our server about the wait, he replied that they?re having issues with their grill. Thislogic doesn?t make sense since we ordered cold food. At least bring out our salads for something to nibble on while we waitthat long. The sandwich was delicious! The service at McMenamins is not the best, but the space and food usually compensate forit. Read more
Went on a concert night (McCaw Hall) and was seated immediately. The server was great, service was a rad on the slow side, but... that's to be expected on a concert night. Food was delicious! I've never been disappointed by any of the McMenamins that I'vevisited in WA or Oregon, this was no exception. Always friendly service, great food, and an excellent selection of beers,ciders, and wine. Read more

Delicious fish and chips, excellent choice of on-tap beer, great and friendly service. Sandwiches and burgers are good too --... including a tasty vegan burger. Not crowded on a Friday night, so check it out! Read more
Doing a Northwest Road Trip - After visiting the Chihuly Museum in Seattle (highly recommend, can?t say the same for the MOPOP)... and rather than eating at the Armory (Food Court), we took a 10 minute walk to McMenamins - brewpub / restaurant. Really gladwe did. Atmosphere / Decor different in a good way. The Bartender (Brandon) was great and gave good recommendations when askedwhat to have for lunch. The beers were excellent and so was the food. The Biggest Jack sandwich (Pastrami) and the Backyard(Burger) were spot on. Really happy we went there. Great value and Highly Recommend. Read more
Didn't eat this time but the food is good at any McMenamins just like the beer is. The decorations are different and very unique... at each location. You need to see it to understand. There are typically a lot of paintings and a story behind each place. Greatview and location. Give it a look and ask about the seasonal beer at that time. Read more
