This place was slammed with customers and online orders when I got in but the line kept moving steadily and the employees were... all communicating with each other well. There was a problem with one of my pizzas and the two people finishing pizzas out at theoven (short dyed hair in a ballcap) and cutting and boxing (long hair tied back with a bandana) who seemed to be in charge madesure I was able to get a remake quickly without being too disruptive to the rest of the line, and quickly let the rest of theteam know about the problem to prevent it happening again. The customer service was above and beyond expectation. Food came outgreat. Absolutely getting pizza here again. Read more

I rarely go thru the effort to write a review, let alone a negative one, but this felt like such a rip off. The line was... literally just one person ahead of me and I probably waited ten minutes, two employees but only one was working. It was as ifthe workers were moving in slow motion with no care for efficiency whatsoever, and not friendly. For a MINI salad and a soda itwas $15. The soda was flat, so I went to dump it and they told me they had to change the machine because the CO2 wasn?t turnedon? Comedy of errors over here. Read more

I?ll give it a 4 because of the staff, they were all polite and made sure I got what I wanted. Pizza is average here. Not the... best MOD I?ve been to. I see everyone complaining of burnt pizza and I?m wishing mine was cooked just a few mins longer, but itwas good and a very decent price. Read more

The customer service here is absolutely incredible. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was the pinnacle of friendly... customer service. Even though it was busy and there were quite a few people behind me, he gave the same genuinely friendlyservice to everyone which is extremely admirable since from personal experience working in customer service can be verylethargic. I've been to MOD multiple times so of course they have really good food. It's just not ideal for family pizza nightsince even the large pizzas aren't all that large. I don't live in the U-District anymore but if I'm there and in the mood forpizza, I'll definitely stop by. Shout out to that guy! Read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. We ordered one mod pizza and one garlic cheesy bread. The cheesy bread had like no... cheese on it. So I kindly asked the worker if they could please remake it. I am told that's how it's served but yeah. All thewhile Felix I guess that's his name is super rude and short. We wait like 10 minutes, my boyfriend is standing up at the counterwaiting and sees that the cheesy bread Is out of the oven and first in line, he just leaves and continues working on otherstuff the second one was no better. We left extremely disappointed. Money is tight right now. WHAT A WASTE..I DO NOT RECCOMEND Read more

This MOD location has consistently burned pizzas I?ve ordered online, and is not great compared to other pizza in the area. They... do generously put toppings on pizzas and salads however, and their Cesar salad is tossed pretty well. Great drink selectiontoo. Update: Just recently gave me a poor quality pizza with rude service. Lady at the counter tried to snatch the pizza out ofmy hands while I was picking it up Read more

Food tasted good, but this is my 2nd time picking up from here and opened my box and this was my pizza. One of the employees... must be skimming tiny slices because this does not = a full circle. You can even tell by 3/4 of the pepperoni slice in themiddle is missing. Read more

Great pizza! Crispy thin crust that holds up pretty well (and I don't usually like thin crust). As many toppings as you want for... the same price too. Staff is super nice. I'd recommend coming here. They've also got dairy-free cheese! Read more
