I absolutely LOVE Nielsens. This is a five minute walk from my house and they have the most incredible pastries, desserts and... coffee drinks in Lower Queen Anne. This place is a treasure. The staff also goes above and beyond to be kind. *I have triedalmost everything on the menu and it has all been delicious. My partner and I LOVE the cinnamon rolls, cinnamon danish, andtheir cookie selection! Read more

Love this place! The box feels old fashioned, the food seems robust, and it is. I got the potato and a ginger shortbread. Potato... is perfect, the marzipan is just pure almond flavor. The ginger shortbread is ok, not much ginger flavor. Will definitely goagain! Staff are friendly as well. Wish I could get a to go menu but they don?t have any. Read more
An absolute lovely place for a coffee & Danish pastry. Helpful staff and everything is SO good. Lovely atmosphere with books,... comfy chairs, music, and it is below street level which makes it even more cozy to me. During our trip to Seattle we startedevery day here after finding it down the street from our hotel and it became our absolute favorite part of the trip. Read more
Whoa. These were phenomenal. Only picked up the potato and tosca, but they were both fantastic. The potato was not overtly sweet... and the perfect custard consistency. The tosca had an amazing almond paste that went perfectly with the raspberry jam andchocolate dipped on the sides. They also packaged it in the loveliest pink box and strings.
