First time back in a few months and the quality of drinks and food has gone way down unfortunately. We used to LOVE coming here... for a burger and drink. We?d always take friends from out of state. They used to have an incredible burger with bacon jelly, theburger was tender, juicy, the pickle so fresh and crisp. I used to rave to my clients about this hidden gem. Claiming this isthe best burger I?ve ever eaten, as of today I will never recommend this place again. My cocktail didn?t have cherries anymore,the orange was not zested, truthfully tasted like I could have ordered it from a dive bar. And the burger now is over cooked,dry, honestly nothing like it was before. We truthfully left today heart broken. Read more

First time in Seattle and I enjoyed the bar so much I went three times during my week there. At first the seating arrangement... and functionality of the bar can be confusing but things were very layback. First come first serve, which works well for someonewanting a relaxed evening cocktail and snack in no rush. Our server, Hugo, was excellent and made us feel very welcome (eventhough we were probably underdressed when we first visited). The atmosphere is great and the architecture is beautiful. We stayed at the Fairmont and ate here for dinner and breakfast. Both times we had the same waiter, Jorge, and he gave us... exceptional service and lots of smiles. We really appreciated the way he took care of us and made us feel at home. The food wasso delicious. Read more
Super cozy, romantic and different approach. They have tables around the lobby, and they are all different. You can also seat... at the bar and enjoy great drinks and have some food. Their season raviolis are 5/5! If you are visiting in this winter seasonis a must try! They are handmade, vegetarian and so so Goooooood. Olympic Bar was the best bar I've visited on Seattle. Bartender Aaron created the best French 75 my girlfriend had ever had, and... bartender Michael created the best Gimlet I've ever enjoyed. I have explored cocktail bars across the country so that comes withsome significant experience. Both bartenders are great people to chat with and let me know they cared about my drinkingexperience. And that's what Olympic Bar provides - an experience. So, a 5/5 to Olympic Bar, and a solid 6/5 to Michael andAaron. They've made me a returning drinker here for life. Read more
Appalling service and dismissive treatment of a breastfeeding mother. I came here with some friends for drinks and small bites.... My friend needed to pump breastmilk but none of the nearby bathrooms had an outlet. When we asked a member of the waitstaff forhelp, he was completely dismissive and didn?t offer any assistance other than to suggest she check the bathrooms again. She wasforced to find an outlet in a hallway and sit on the floor to pump. I find it impossible that a 4-star hotel couldn?t haveoffered her a room or other private dignified space. The Fairmont should be ashamed. I will not be going back. Read more
