Ooink is an experience restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and kitchen are all part of the dine in experience, which we really... enjoyed.\n\nThe staff was knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendations. Our ramen was excellent, I was hoping thebroth to be a bit hotter (by the time I\'m finishing the dish, the broth was a bit cold), but besides that it was one of thebest of Seattle.\n\nI\'m happy this location opened closed to me - I\'m looking forward to visiting it again soon. I really wanted to like this ramen, but unfortunately I didn?t enjoy it. It might?ve been an off day for them, so I will try it... again soon to see if anything changes and update this review. I got the shio ramen, but the pork was extremely dry, the brothwas more or less flavorless compared to other ramen I?ve had, and the noodles were just ok. Also, for a little over $15, I?m notsure if it was worth it.\n\nUpdate on 12/2/2022: I went again and was pretty hungry. I got the shoyu ramen this time and Iunfortunately still wasn?t really impressed. The broth was still just okay. I didn?t enjoy the pork at all. It seemed like theybought it pre-cooked?it was dry and it didn?t soak up any of the flavor of the broth at all. I?m bummed it was still just okayramen. Read more

Solid ramen! Got the shio ramen and enjoyed it. Good portion. Broth was decent, char siu pork was decent, noodles were great but... the egg was the highlight! I?d go back again next time I?m craving ramen. Read more

So good! First time that we finished the broth. Huge thick chunks of pork in each bowl, and lots of other things floating about.... Will come back again! Read more

Best ramen I find in Seattle so far. The mala ramen maybe a bit intense for people not used to it but it?s exactly the taste I... have been looking for since I moved to Seattle. Read more

We are so lucky to be neighbors with this place! The char siu they serve is a thicker cut than most and is perfectly tender. The... ramen broth is also rich and full of flavor. We were bummed they didn\'t have their appetizers yet (they just opened), but ourwaitress said they would start offering them in a few weeks- I\'m especially looking forward to trying the Malaysian friedchicken.\nNot sure if it\'s in the works, but I do wish it was more obviously a ramen joint. There\'s a small sign on the door, but it\'s not facing the street so I worry folks will miss out! Read more
