Love the pizza. This location does a great job. Recent price increases for what was already very expensive pizza. 5 dollars... for a slice plus tax, plus tip is going to make me a much less frequent customer. It's hard to justify spending 12 or 13dollars for 2 slices of pizza. Read more

I thought only the location near me was horrible and over priced. The staff was rude, it was like I was a bother to them. Again... nothing during the lunch rush with almost no one in the restaurant. I was told for a slice it would be 15 minutes and they wouldnot tell me what was coming up and when. They just do not care. Conclusion. Worst pizza in Seattle, Worst customer service andway over priced for good pizza service much less the horrible product they sell. I have contacted customer service and they areworse than the restaurant staff. Condescending, sarcastic apology.. it was horrible. I now know they will make some excuse tothis post. I can tell you with 100% confidence it is a lie and they are not sorry. Yet they are taking our money and offeringbad, bad bad service. Buyer be ware Read more

Pizza is awesome. The wait time was +25 minutes from what the website indicated as the estimated pick up time at the time of... order. I understand it was friday evening and there was a back log and the team was busy, but the website system should reflectan accurate estimate of pick up time for a better experience. (The online order system, otherwise, is top notch, btw) Read more

I love pagliacci. It's the best pizza delivery we have in Seattle. Great pizza, the drivers are always on time and friendly,... the company hires local kids from the community in some locations to work there. just a solid business that I love supporting. Read more

The mushroom sausage pizza is outstanding. Indoor seating is closed. There is outdoor seating. Pagliacci never disappoints.

They've been making pizza longer than I've been alive and they're probably going to be making pizza longer than I'll ever live.... With the way this pizza tastes, it's not going out of business anytime soon. A pandemic's got nothing on this place. They'vebeen making pizza for 40 years and I hope they keep making pizza for another 40. They gotta be doing something right if theyhave lasted 40 years. They obviously have amazing pizza, but sometimes just pizza isn't enough for a pizza place to last. LikeI'm assuming majority of people that get married are in love. I mean, that would be the main reason to get married, but justbecause two people are in love, it doesn't guarantee that the marriage will last. Just because a pizza place is able to do themain thing a pizza place is suppose to do...make incredible pizza, that doesn't mean the pizza place is going to last. If pizzaplaces only stayed in business based on the quality of their pizza, Little Caesars wouldn't be a thing. Sometimes it takes morethan just the pizza and Pagliacci pizza definitely gives you more. They're able to adapt with the times. They offer gluten freeand dairy free pizza. I'm sure they didn't offer that 40 years ago because I don't think gluten intolerant people existed backthen and if they did, nobody was talking about them. For the lactose intolerant people, they were probably still in denial 40years ago and just dealt with the consequences of having pizza. Now they have accepted their reality with dairy, but still wantto have pizza with zero consequences. Pagliacci pizza was able to adapt to this modern customer, who needs cheese with no dairyand dough with no gluten. They have also adapted in the way they get their pizza to people. 40 years ago, pizza was the onefood you could get delivered. Now you can get a filet mignon delivered to you through Doordash. Pagliacci pizza helped theircustomers out even more by going on these delivery platforms to make it even easier for people to c Read more
