By far the best broth I've ever tasted! I love the open concept and how bright it is in there. Parking is a little difficult... but, once we arrived and entered the door, we were immediately seated. The Shrimp spring roll was okay. The noodles were alittle tough and the lettuce used inside were soggy. The egg rolls were delicious and freshly fried! Reason for the 4-star isbecause, it was our first time there and we had no idea that they do not bring the bill to you. We had to wave a worker down toask for our bill. That is when we learned that you need to walk up to the bar counter and let them know what you've ordered. I'mnot sure if that is a good idea because, people can truly lie about what they are ordering but, to each their own. With thatbeing said, overall, the food was delicious, and we will definitely be back again. This time, we will know what to do. Read more

Every single food we ordered were amazingly delicious!! We had all cuts pho, egg roll friend and fresh. Pho was absolutely good... and a really big portion. Prices are descent! Our food was served in no time(less than 5 mins. Considering we ordered a fewdifferent dishes). The only reason I?m giving them 4 stars, the parking was a nightmare. Probably not a good idea to go hereduring the rush hours if you are driving. Read more

Great taste of southern Vietnamese pho in a modern and lively location. Broth was light, sweet, and savory. The ribs were... tender and fell right off the bone. The tamarind chicken wings were also tender and juicy. Portions were generous and servicewas excellent. Would definitely consider this a great stop for Pho! Read more

Came with high expectations but was pretty disappointed... The Bun Bo Hue was flavorful but it's definitely not authentic (it is... not spicy and there is no congealed pork blood). Our group also got wings and lemongrass fries. Both were just okay and nothingtoo impressive. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back again, especially given it's a little pricey and there's usually await. Just not worth it. Read more

The Pho Bo and the Pho with ribs were delicious! Service was ok. I tried to be friendly with the waiter when he brought us our... food but he just ignore us. What surprised me the most was that they have tip options from 18 to 30. Something I didn't likeis that the restrooms were super super dirty both of them had lots of toilet paper on the foor and the sink was super wet anddirty. Read more

The restaurant space is very open and bright. We were seated quickly, and they took our order promptly. A server also offered... refills before we had quite run out. The flavors of the food were well-developed, and we enjoyed everything. The pho fries wereout for the night (by 5 PM on a Thursday), but everything we did manage to get tasted great and seemed quite fresh! Read more

BEST PHO I HAVE EVER HAD!! I have had pho from a lot of different places and experienced a lot of different kinds. I have... traveled to Vietnam and this tops everything in my memory. From the service to the general vibe there it could not be topped.WHEN you make the pilgrimage to this fine establishment make sure to order the Vietnamese coffee to start with. I want to endthis review with another thank you to the restaurant - highest review to date. Read more

"Wonderful and flavorful Pho at an established restaurant." Pros: ???? Absolutely delicious and flavorful Pho. ???? Fast,... friendly service ????Reasonably priced and generous portion size. Cons: ???? Can get very busy, hence a wait time. ????Parkingis a bit limited. ???? Ken's Takeaway: Went to Pho Bac for dinner with some friends. It has been a few years since I dined atthe restaurant which was originally at the boat-shaped restaurant across the parking lot. Pho Bac is an established Vietnameserestaurant in the International District and it is understandable how they have fared well for so long. The restaurant is nowlocated in a more modern space with more of a traditional dining area. You choose your Pho and other items up front as well asmaking your payment. The Pho portion size is very generous and a Large can be very filling. The broth is flavorful, with manydistinct nuances (beefy, light, not too oily, deep lingering taste, robust, etc). The noodles were evenly cooked and the beefslices and meatballs were tender, not bland but absorbed the broth's flavor. Adding in the extras such as the basil, beansprouts, a spritz of lime, and condiments gives the soup another layer of subtle complexity. Overall, the generous portions, delicious Pho recipe, easy-going atmosphere, and friendly service makes dining at Pho Bac a nice treat. ???? Would I goback? Yes! Looking at the pictures, I can still remember the taste of the bowl of Pho that I had and looking forward to thenext one. Read more
