The owner Cary Kemp openly recruits students under 16 to work for him, and invites parents of "bratty" children to apply on... their kids' behalf so they can benefit from "scared straight verbal instruction" and the harshest working conditions allowableby law. There are at least 3 similar pizza restaurants within a 1/4 mile of this place, and Pizzeria 22 has nothing special tooffer. I would think twice before eating here, unless you feel a reform-school vibe enhances your dining experience. Read more

Pizza was phenomenal! Cocktails were very good too. The server was a little standoffish. Certainly pricey but worth it.

Pizza was small and burnt. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Not bad, not great. Casual vibe and passable pizza that don’t quite match up to the excessive prices. When we visited we sat... outside, and the employee chaotically dumping unfinished water glasses all over the sidewalk as they bussed tables throughoutthe evening was honestly hilarious. *splash* Read more

Easily the best pizza I’ve had in Seattle so far. I lived in Italy for awhile and became very familiar with traditional... Neapolitan pizza. This is a very faithful recreation here at home. Service was great. The restaurant is nice and the staff areawesome. Highly recommended! Read more

We made the mistake of ordering from Pizzeria22 via Seamless tonight and our pizza was delivered TWO hours later to a... neighborhood address within walking distance. We paid $80 for three personal pizzas, colder than room temperature, and wecouldn't even finish. EDIT: got refunded in full. increasing from 1 star to 3 Read more

This place has great pizza. 2 of the most unique things about it is that they give you scissors to cut your own pizza! And they... give you spicy oil instead of red pepper flakes, which in my opinion is better. The pizza is thin crust, we got one pizza and itwas prefect for 3 people. Read more
