As much as I like the interior of this shop, I don?t feel the same for their ice cream. I sampled all the seasonal flavors and... eventually decided on a scoop out of courtesy because I sort of felt bad. Overall, it was mediocre. Read more

Just about the only place in town where I can get vegan ice cream in a gluten-free cone. The milkshake was tasty but a bit thin.... I love the unusual flavors. The prices make this a rare treat, but worth it every once in awhile. Read more

As a caveat, I?d like to explain that I very rarely ever leave negative reviews. Especially for vegan restaurants. I believe... that a plant-based lifestyle is incredibly important for creating a sustainable economy and a better world for every livingthing on this planet. Generally, if a vegan business is disappointing, I just wish them well and hope they improve the next timeI try them. Before posting this, I also left positive reviews for Plum Bistro and the other franchises this family owns becausemy wife and I love everything else we?ve tried. Now that I?ve balanced out my karma and explained why I?m not usually one toparticipate in bashing vegan restaurants, I want to be frank: this place is terrible. My wife and I ordered ice cream and ablizzard. We mostly did so out of guilt because we?d sampled nearly every flavor, hoping that each grainy, overly sweet, andnearly flavorless sample must?ve been an aberration. Unfortunately, they were all really disappointing and we threw our treatsaway after taking a few bites (and a hefty 15$ chunk out of our wallet). I love ice cream -especially vegan ice cream. I?dstrongly recommend going to Frankie and Joe?s (no, I?m not being paid to advertise for them) instead. I?d also prefer a scoop ofrice dream or some other generic brand from Safeway (which is also underwhelming but costs a fraction of the price) than the icecream we had here. Read more

Delicious vegan dessert shop with baked goods and ice cream. The price is high end but worth it. Where else can you find a vegan... brownie or cookie blizzard??? The cake and croissants are also good, and samples are available. There's nice outdoor seating andgood service too. Read more

I sampled all the flavors and they were all very good, tasty but not overwhelmingly sweet. I ended up having the avocado... soft-serve, salted-caramel apple pie, and a cake pop. Props! On top of it all, staff member Sonja was very personable andexemplifies great customer service. Read more

Ice cream was good, but why is there an automatically included 15% tip? Raise prices and pay your workers more; don?t stealthily... force your customers to subsidize the wages of those you employ. As others reviewers have noted, prices are nowhere to be foundanyway, so tacking a 15% surcharge onto the bill is particularly egregious and outright deceptive. What?s more, the tippingoption on the iPad terminal remains available, so you may mistakenly and unknowingly tip on top of the 15% already included. Read more

So much yum!! The salted caramel soft serve is delish, the shortbreads and cookies has a fresh, rich taste of the ingredients... they contain. This is how vegan food should always taste----like scrumptious food!! Read more

They should bring back the vegan 'Flurries'! I heard great things and wanted to try one but when I went they said that they no... longer made them. The vanilla soft serve was still delicious, and the other desserts also looked great. The chocolate mintavocado ice cream tasted sort of avocado-y in a bad way, and really didn't taste like ice cream, but it was still alright. Itwould be great if they had more flavor options for soft-serve, because its very difficult to find vegan soft serve anywhere, andthe only thing better than vanilla soft serve is vanilla soft serve with various tasty things swirled in it. Definitely worth atrip, even for the hard-packed ice cream. Maybe just not the mint chip. Read more
