Great place with lots of space, good beer, and good food. We sat down at the bar, were greeted quickly and had a fun chat with... some people who were already there. I got a beer and my date got a cocktail. Both were great at a good price. We decided tosplit the giant pretzel and I have to say, this thing was awesome. Buttery, salty, huge, with great sauces. This place has good vibes for a meet with friends and also a good big groups. The outdoor seating gets closed by 9.30ish, and... the interiors will convert a seating area to a dance floor . A good music place and food is delicious good too. Read more
Awesome beer selection in a super unique space with booth seating, a bar, bocce court, and outdoor fireplaces. The German food... pairs nicely with a big stein of beer but it's definitely not the most authentic food. Tried both the pork schnitzel and thejagerschnitzel. They come with some odd slaws and no other sides. The meat and breading are delicious but it's definitelymissing the fixings you'd expect with most German meals. Overall I love the atmosphere of this place so it's worth coming for adrink and a giant pretzel. Decent street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Read more
This was a fantastic place to watch the Championship game! They have high elaborate ceilings, so even when people are shouting... you can still have a great time! I've heard all the good things about Rhein Haus. I recently came here for my alumni event. Rhein Haus is conveniently located... in Capitol Hill, however, as you can imagine, the parking is a bit challenging. The place is big enough to hold large parties,and their beer selection is impressive with good German beers. Now to the food... I know for sure that I will probably not beback for food. The beer here is fantastic but the food is awful. If you are looking for a place to watch a game with crowds orhang out with friends, I think this is a great place. Read more
