This Shake Shack is a joke of a place. Completely BONE dry chicken burger (I couldn?t even finish more than half of it), a 35... minute wait for food, and to top it off, cold food when the food was ready to pick up. How does that happen when the place is sodamn busy? Anyways.. the beef burger was alright but nothing special and definitely NOT worth the $7 paid. This location is fairly new in Seattle. I've had Shake Shack burgers in other cities and I'm a big fan. Burgers are great and... fries are too.. i know its busy as its a good place so you have to have a bit of patience, but trust me its worth it. Read more

Just your average fast food burgers at a very convenient location. Service is pretty much non-existent since you order at their... kiosks and pick up at their outside window. Also, I may have missed it when ordering it because fries come with no sauces. Read more
The classic burger is great! They are super tasty, Try out the one with bacon and the one with mushroom and beef patty. I?m... don?t love shakes with burgers, but their shakes are very creamy and tasty! Is a great place to have some casual food. Dinningin at this location is good. Will not be going back to this shake shack. We ordered takeout online for one beef burger with a gluten free bun and one regular... chicken burger. We received two beef burgers (one was not marked GF like other locations so we are not sure if one was actuallygluten free). Even more concerning was how the staff were treating us and other customers. Our order said it would be ready by8pm we did not get it until 8:40pm. My boyfriend asked several times over that period for the staff to check if the order wasready as it said it was online and there were a number of completed orders sitting on the shelves. I finally went up at 8:40 andshowed them the app, the man went to check? it was the first bag sitting on the shelf for the past 40min. More words andcomments were exchanged that would make this review too long. Overall the staff had a lot of sarcasm and still made the orderwrong. Read more
