I haven't even tried the pizza yet, but I'm giving them 5 stars for service. They agreed to pull two slices of pie into a... separate box for me to take to a hospitalized friend, then when I realized we'd miscommunication about toppings they rushed asmall pie into the oven and refused further payment. It wasn't their fault - just a misfire about which vegetarian option Iwanted - but pineapple wasn't going to satisfy the craving and they insisted on fixing it. Edit: hubby tried a slice of theoops pie with pineapple, olives, spinach etc. He found it delightful despite having initially declared it "not food" when Iexplained why we were waiting. (He is NOT a pineapple on pizza guy. ) The crust is slightly thicker than NY with good flavor andchew. Sauce is balanced and has the flavor of ripe tomatoes and herbs, and they offered some side sauce when I mentioned wepicked them for the positive reviews of house made sauce, as the friend I got this for is all about the sauce. This is one of the best Pizzas in Seattle and I cannot wait to try their other home-made dishes! First time trying them out and... absolutely blew me away with perfection! The ingredients are noticeably fresh and after calling back to leave my compliments, Ilearned even the sausage is made in-house, which explains the incredible flavors and honestly, just a proper Pie! The garlicbread was equally delicious, fresh, hearty portions, and baked perfectly! The cheese cake speaks for itself of course, and theRaspberry topping is actually made with real Rasberries. I ordered their special on December 30. There was something off with the taste, my girlfriend and son noticed it right away,... too. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who was standoffish and miffed that I would even suggest such a thing,saying they receive fresh ingredients daily and nothing could possibly be wrong with it. Be that as it may, it still tasted bad.None of us could finish our slice and I threw the rest of it into the yard waste bin. I asked for a partial refund, which wasgranted with a $20 off email coupon on my next order. Problem is, I'm not interested in ordering another pizza from Soprano'sever again. I can understand things going wrong occasionally, but I will not tolerate impertinence. Read more

I would give this place 5 stars if I could but the other night was very disappointing. Pizza is great, pasta is great, garlic... bread was AMAZING. The only let down was the salad, they literally forgot to put lettuce in our Greek salad. It was all peppers,tomatoes and olives not one little sliver of lettuce. Don?t get me wrong it was good but we were so disappointed. We tried tocall and let them know but we kept getting cut off. Fantastic service and food, we?ve tried a lot of pizza places in the area and this is by far our top spot. We like to eat late... so especially love that they stay open later than most places as well. Typically get the pepperoni and take advantage of thedeal they offer for the free small cheese pizza, makes it hard to find a better deal without sacrificing the quality. It?s alsoalways fast for delivery. Ordered the chicken Alfredo tonight, typically don?t trust ordering pasta from a pizza place but Iwas more than pleasantly surprised. Fresh pasta, perfectly seasoned chicken, and the serving was more than I could eat!! Excitedfor the left overs. Please support this business and it?s staff, they absolutely deserve it. You may pay a bit more than youwould at dominoes, but I promise you it?s worth it. All of the recipes are homemade as well, spoke a bit with the owner tonight.Extremely impressed! Read more
