This restaurant has recently come onto my radar and has quickly become one of my favorites. Their fries and especially the... chutney along with it is amazing. Rolls are very good too. Everything I?ve tried on the menu has a spicy linger so be preparedif you can?t handle spicy. Love ordering from here but I never have left overs because it?s so good. Try it! Read more

Fantastic food at a great price. Spice Waala exceeded expectations and then some. It was so good i got it for lunch and went... right back there for dinner on the same day. The Lamb kebab, Chicken Tikka, and fries were all incredible. I honestly can'tbelieve some of these other reviews are complaining about price here. I can get a wrap with any snack on their menu and the billwill be about $15 after tax. Nowhere else in Ballard prices their items that fairly. Amazing! Read more

What you see in the picture was $19.xx before tip. It's not a lot of food. And it's not tasty enough to compensate and justify... the price. I'm a big fan of Indian food, and this was simply not that great; merely OK. There are better Indian foods incl.street foods I've had for cheaper. I'm honestly somewhat baffled why this place is rated so highly (>90 reviews @ 5 star avg. attime of writing). Read more

Spice Waala is a local Indian food restaurant that is known for their small sized burrito type foods packed woth flavor. The... prices are average to high, but the flavor is all there. Their sides are really good, especially the fries along with the greenchimichuri sauce. Their staff is nice, parking is kind of a pain but it's worth it. We get it delivered all the time and it'sone of our favorite places, quick and filling and delicious. Read more

So happy to have finally tried this place, what a gem. While I wanted to try actually everything on the menu, today I settled... for the aloo tikki roll and chicken tikka roll with extra chutney on the side. While I have had plenty of Indian food, I hadnever tried Indian street food. The spices were exceptional and the heat was just right. The price can't be beat either, especially in this city. Can't wait to come back and try everything else. Read more
