Absolutely terrible. We?ve been here many times because of the convenience and 95% of the time we are left annoyed and... disappointed. Many times the workers just don?t show up so they aren?t open when they should be or only have one person working. They seem to just create their hours as they go and will close early as well. The employees there always have bad attitudes andquite frequently mess up your order. They are often out of things as well. I do not recommend going here and wish Starbuckswould do something about this highly unprofessional location. Read more

I am a teacher and during my lunch I went in to pick up 10 gift cards for my students. When I told the barista I just needed 10... gift cards he literally sighed, threw is beanie off and told me "just so you know, you can call in gift cards into ourheadquarters and they will have them ready for you to pick up." I asked where the headquarters were and he said "right down inSODO". He suggested I spend an hour of my time to drive down to SODO and back to Ballard rather than complete a transaction thattook him literally 1 minute to do. I said thank you and he ignored me. His body language and words were just simply put, hurtfuland lacking of human kindness. Read more

The bariasta named Blake is the worst ever. He told me he would get to my drinks when he felt like it and went and started... putting napkins in the container out in the little waiting area he also never washed his hands after touching his face or hair.COMPLETELY not friendly or very business like .. This is definitely one of the less efficient Starbucks around this area. It's very small and gets a lot of traffic since it's... right by the metro. There is not enough space for people waiting for their drinks so you have to maneuver through the waitingcrowd just to get in line. Most of the people working there look like they hate their jobs. There was this one nice baristathat was the exception but he left a while ago. I still go because it's the closest one to my office but I just get regularbrewed coffee. The person ringing you up will serve it to you so you don't have to wait for it to get made. Read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time and I always think they have some of the nicest people working, but that was absolutely... exemplified today when I came through the drive-thru at 10:20am on Christmas Day and had the absolute sweetest person in thewindow, who truly seemed like she was enjoying work even though this is the one day of the year when most people just want to beat home with their family. I felt so conflicted about going through Starbucks on Christmas, but she showed me that not everyoneis sad about working today. She was an absolute gem. Read more
