Last week I stopped at Starbucks in Safeway and there was a sign that said employee was on break and would return at 5:46. She... didn't. At 6pm I gave up and decided to go to the next Starbucks in Safeway down the street. I should add that 6 other customerscame and left because nobody was working. I get to the next Starbucks and no employees. I asked the manager and he didn't knowwhere the guy was since he already had his break. They paged him but he still didn't come. I gave up at that point. I haven'tbeen to Starbucks since and might never go back. Its pretty bad when you can't get served at Starbucks when they're open. Nowonder they've closed so many stores. They aren't available for customers who want to spend money at their stores. The pricesare too high for what you get anyway. Maybe they've done me a favor. They need to teach customer service and they need toprovide better value for the products they sell. Overall they are overpriced and over rated. Read more

It's funny to me how the same coffee at another Starbucks, just a day or two before, cost over $2 more in Seattle... 60 miles... between the two must change the cost in grounds or something. Consistency is not something offered by this company.. I thinkI'll stick with non-conglomerate coffee from here on out. Support your small local coffee shop... Read more

Hard to imagine a worse location for retail. Want to park and get your order? Nope! Maybe they could work on tossing the coffee... in your window as you drive by. Mobile orders are kept under lock and key and I predict your barista will be too busy to getyours. Read more

Starbucks is a very last minute pick for me. I was more upset that there wasn't a coffee place closer to my parent's hotel but... it isn't the end of the world. This isn't the hotels fault, obviously the lazy rpcv (me) and peace corps choosing the locationhave most of the responsibility regarding what is near the apartment Read more

A quality Starbucks location that has some rare coffees, a fireplace, and plenty of outdoor seating. This location partners with... many community efforts and events, and works to maintain its excellence with great results. Employees are usually exemplary andhelpful, service is efficient, and the location stays very clean. Even the single stall restroom stays clean despite being theonly one. A lovely bonus at this location is also the weekly trivia events, with a new question every day from Monday throughSunday, with anyone reaching all seven right receiving a free drink at the end of the week. A great experience for Starbucksoverall! Read more

Decent size, a good amount of sunlight to work by, and comfy chairs by a fireplace for cold rainy days. Friendly service, and... not too crowded on a weekday afternoon. Read more

This Starbucks is my go-to if I'm making a mobile order. It's busy pretty much all the time - so the line is often long and it's... hard to get a seat. Even if you do get a seat, it's going to be pretty noisy, and besides the handy-capped tables all of thesitting areas provide very little work space. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I have seen them giving away samplesmultiple times. There is outdoor seating - which is nice on a warm day or in the evenings. Lot's of people come in wearingworkout attire from the gym next door - so don't worry about dressing up. There are two bathrooms. Read more

Friendly staff, clean, and there is good indoor and outdoor seating. Its only 4 stars though because it's not like the greatest... coffee place in the world, its just a nice starbucks. Also, parking is a problem. Read more
