Too many customers not enough space inside of starbucks. The food and drinks were perfect all the baristas were great ????
I was in line to get a coffee and when I got to cash I reached to a pump that seamed to be a hand sanitizer. I was wrong. It... turned out to be an "employer provided hand lotion" ???? then I was showed face and be told " if you need anything like that infuture let us know"! I am sorry but aren't we in a global pandemic and hand sanitizer is an essential these days?!!! I went toother Starbuckses that day and none had it. Relatively new location. Courteous, including to someone down on their luck. Quick - not busy on a few recent visits.
One barista was telling me the restroom was available when another interrupted and told me it was closed. Starbucks, you've been... sued over this before and as a former employee I know it's in our training that we have to let people in unless it's a healthhazard and there was no signage or anything indicating that. I gave two stars because the other barista looked defeated but wastrying to be nice while the other had interrupted them. Read more
Friendly staff. Fast and convenient.
Great first experience at this location! Everyone was very friendly, the drinks were made with extra care, and I was in and out... very fast for takeout! Also had some fun Halloween decorations. Read more
Clean, friendly and covid compliant. I felt safe and valued as a customer. I liked the acknowledgement of pride as well.
Fastest Starbucks I've ever been to and the cashier was super friendly even though I changed my mind... ????
