Would go to a local coffee shop instead. The one by Union street is 100 times better

Dear management, please read this comment! I ordered a grande cold brew with Irish cream, light ice. What I got was a... watery-taste drink with a thin layer of cold foam and lots of ice!! Let alone my name was misspelled on the label. I took onlytwo sips and tossed the drink. Waste of money! Two stars are for the friendly barista. Read more

Fantastic, ultra friendly. They even remember my name, although I am really amazing and very hard to forget. ???? Also, Cam the... barista in the mornings is the BEST and my favorite. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff are so friendly and they really go out of their way to make the short interactions that... they have with each customer meaningful. They really help ease me into my work day. Also, they make great drinks and handlehigh traffic quickly while maintaining high standards of service. Read more

TLDR; this review is for the people who work here, smile at every customer, remember every name and order, and make mornings and... afternoon crashes better. I place my order as I get off the bus on 3rd & Union feeling exhausted. Getting off the bus anywhereon third is absolutely soul crushing and makes me wonder why I'm going to go sit at a desk for the rest of the day, but then Iget a whiff of morning urine and realize life is worse than I thought. I spend the next 7 minutes avoiding stepping on peopleasleep on sidewalks and navigating construction. By the time I get to the building, I'm ready to give up and go home, butwithout fail, when I get to Starbucks, the biggest smiling face behind the counter greets me and hands me my coffee. They arealways busy but always ask how I'm doing and wish me a good day. When I inevitably go back at 3 after I told myself I wouldn't,there's a new set of smiling faces. Happy baristas are really what make the coffee great. Read more

Great people. This is one of the busiest, yet very friendly, Starbucks in the city. It's only open on weekdays because the... building is closed on weekends. Read more

I love this Starbucks! I go in first thing in the morning, OMG that place is so fun, just even being serviced. The employees... super friendly, helpful and fast. I can tell they love their jobs. I must mention the music they have playing, so soothing. The employees there call you by name when you order and they remember your favorite drink. Read more

(This review is of Starbucks, not a particular store) I never thought I would stop going to Starbucks for coffee, however since... they have limited consumers' purchase of medium roast coffee to Pike(yuck) and changed bakeries, I'm done. Never thought I'dsee the day I wouldn't be stopping at a Starbucks. Oh well, some good things have to come to an end I suppose. Read more
