Usually Starbucks are just Starbucks but for some reason at this location the baristas were super friendly and very jovial and... they also gave out compliments which made that coffee taste so much better, more so than it usually does. This is the best branch very kind and efficient and I'm always seen in a timely manner.
I ordered a grande latte and the cup I was given was only half full. It was mostly foam. I literally had to lift the cup to... almost horizontal to get my first sip. Certainly it was tasty, but I have never been cheated on my coffee before. I do not likeconfrontation, so I just left. Corporate needs to have an older white lady that is not the best dressed go in as a secretshopper. The barista knew exactly what he was doing. When I want a short coffee, I will order it. The people here are always great, very friendly, I've never had a bad experience with a barista here. However, I recommend... avoiding the morning rush and Frappy Hour. A combination of location and some of the other Sbux in the area closing down meansthat this place can be incredibly busy at times. I've had 20-25 minute wait times and I can't even be mad, there are just THATmany people waiting in the lobby, plus all the ones who mobile ordered and aren't there yet. Again -- this isn't the baristas'faults, they work at a good clip and get drinks out fast, it is just very, very high volume sometimes. Read more
