Very pleasant lady at the front who followed through with exceptional customer service. My kids ordered their drinks and it came... out wrong twice. I was refunded by the lady who helped us first, but no thanks to the guy who tried to say that the second timewas the correct drinks when it was not. I appreciate that all was well in the end but management should be careful withemployees being dismissive in saying an order is what isn?t. Read more
Went 10/12 around 6pm. Little confused why there was 2 partners in the front and 1 in the back but only one doing all the work... (ordering, heating up, etc) Maybe they are training? Anyways, huge S/O to Cori (I think that was her name) for doing a killerjob and being super friendly! Read more
This is a weird starbs for sure. They had 9 employees but only one making drinks. So, the iced latte took about 20 minutes and... it came out wrong. Didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for them to make another. Also they serve the drinks without lids?!Almost like a for here or to-go order. Not my favorite but the employees are nice. Read more
Really weird Starbucks, with a poor woman at the buildings reception directing an endless stream of people to hidden toilets... somewhere. Seemed to have so many staff but with one guy churning out coffees by himself. They were very friendly and my coffeewas great though! Read more
This location has a lovely floorplan. If you want to catch up with a friend, work on a laptop, or just lounge, this Starbucks... has diverse seating options that can accommodate you. I love the atmosphere and the staff's energy. The only downside is thelack of control they have over homeless individuals who stumble in and take a seat. One time I saw a homeless man order milk butthe other time, they didn't order anything and just lay on the booth which was actually also a wheelchair-friendly table. Bothdidn't do anything disruptive in particular, but it's just noticeably uncomfortable for the customers as they try to work orstart their day beside someone who is in such poor shape and maybe staring at them.
