My wife is pregnant and had to use the restroom due to pregnancy symptoms. The employee said you need to buy something before... using the restroom. Really? Can't you see she is pregnant. I suggest employees should have some empathy. Read more
I've never had an issue getting subway in person until today. I picked up subway on the way to work today and decided I wanted... to treat myself to a cookie as well. I bite into a piece and I find multiple strands of hair in my cookie. Unfortunately it wastoo late as I had noticed after already taking a bite out of the piece that has been pictured. Meaning I ATE HAIR. I called thestore to let them know and the guy on the phone says "I don't understand what do you mean theres hair in your cookie, what doyou want me to do about it, we can give you a free cookie" I don't want a free cookie especially not when they potentially havehair in them. I want you to understand that I ate somebody's hair and that could make me very sick and not only that but itsstraight up DISGUSTING. Get your priorities straightened out. Read more
Horrible employee ???? They don't let me use the restroom they were rude and force me to buy chips yo use the restroom. I told i... don't want chips i need to use the restroom before order and i can pay cash for the restroom and i was very kind but the ladysaid no. I asked her name she refused to told me her name and also asked for money to use the sanitizer. I wanted to talk withher manager she refused to call the manager. Read more
I mentioned to the employee that I was not feeling well and asked to use the restroom. He said no! Bathroom were for paying... customers only. I asked to just sit down in his chairs for a few mins. again he said no! I told him I was from out of town andwas a tourist and 70 years old, and again ask to use his restroom or sit just for a few mins. He said leave or I will call thepolice. It didn't matter that I was well dress and obviously not a transit. It's really sad that this person is a poorrepresentative of this fine city and of Subway. I will be notifying AARP and Yelp. I was helped by Andy yesterday and he was absolutely AMAZING. He talked personally to me and to the customer in front of me... about our days and gave amazing service. Sandwich was delicious and Andy was super clean with gloves and sanitization. Easilythe best subway I?ve been in. Read more
