I bought 2 foot longs and a Salad, cookie and Drink. It came out to around $53. I handed the lady a $100 bill and then she... lectured me about how they do not take any large bills over $20. This place is gross my crewmate went to get us lunch they microwaved the sandwiches because the oven is broken, so they were... already gross. Then they brought them back and every sandwich was made wrong. Then we found hairs in them, wanted a refund butthey were so rude and hung up on us multiple times and them the cherry on top everyone on the boat has been in and out of thebathroom sick as a dog after eating it. DONT COME IF YOU LIKE EXTRA VEGGIES TL;DR I ordered a foot long and asked for extra olives and got charged $1.69 for extra... toppings. The staff didn?t speak English very well and when I asked for a bit more on the sandwich, he mumbled something and Inodded thinking he was asking if I wanted more, apparently he was telling me he was going to charge me 1.69 for 10 more oliveswhich I only realized after paying. I sent feedback to the restaurant only to get a clown response from the manager sayingclaiming there?s 60 olives on the sandwich when there?s nowhere near that amount (see Olives in photo and multiply by 2). Clean and good service. This is one of my favorite subway locations. They keep it clean and the veggies are fresh. It's just... Juan making subs, so you have to be patient. He gets many online orders, too. We're always happy with the subs he makes. * Youmust show your coupon in advance if you want credit for it when you pay. Read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location has the absolute worst employee in the food service industry. His name is... Juan and he's not only adversarial but completely incompetent. Tonight, I ordered 2 sandwiches and Juan proceeded to completelyruin one of them by putting mayonnaise when I clearly stated no sauce whatsoever. How he managed to pull this off without meseeing it I'll always wonder. When I asked for extra olives he said, "that's all you get." That's an exact quote. When I pointedout that other Subway franchises consistently give out a much higher quantity, he said and I quote, "you should shop therethen." It gets worse: after ringing up my order I asked him who the franchise manager is, he simply walked away from me andsaid, "I don't know." I couldn't believe he would actually tell this to a customer. This marks the 3rd time I have had anunpleasant experience with Juan. He's never polite, always mumbles incoherently and is not committed to serving his customers inthe spirit Subway promotes. Juan is in serious need of customer service training. Until that happens my wife and I will neverconduct business here again. Read more
