This place is absolutely terrible! They false advertised a footlong BMT for $6.49. why did i pay over 10 dollars??? because they... argued with me and said "The sandwhich board is messed up". Filed a complaint to corporate after speaking with them being toldthat they HAVE to honor the proves posted on the sandwich board. even the one down the street from this one is terrible but thisis hands down the worst service i have ever had at a subway and this place needs new management. Worst part, if you pay in debitand they do this you wont see your money unless theres a manager there. Im not even mad at the money im mad about the principal.if i could give this place negative stars i would. Read more

The store was clean but the service wasn't the best. I ordered my sandwich and I asked an employee about the coupons and he said... that they do not receive coupons. When I asked why, he answered very rude. I told him that it was just a question that heshouldn't get mad for that and he changed his attitude. I understand that not all the subways receive coupons and is ok, but theowners should be clear with their employees and with their customers about that without being rude, to avoid thismisunderstandings. Horrible staff customer experience. This woman doesn't know the meaning of customer service. She is rude and treats adult... customers like children. She has zero class and is plain insultingly rude. It takes a lot for me to write a review - thatshows you how bad she is. Avoid this location at all cost. The owner won't return calls either. Not sure why he posts hisname on the front door. Next time, I'll just skip Subway. Plenty of other sub shops in the market these days. Read more
