The fact that employees actually collect a paycheck to work here is the joke of the century. I went in with a coupon once and... they didn?t honor it. Today, I go in at 4pm, the door is still unlocked, but when I walked in the worker tells me they areclosed. I?m confused how it?s closed and I?m literally standing in front of the worker and the hours on the door say they closeat 8pm. It smelled like a boys locker room in there. I wouldn?t have eaten food from inside a place like that anyways just basedoff the smell, but the fact that this subway gets to pick and choose it?s policy GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Shut this subway down. It?sa waste of frustration. Giving it one start is forced upon me and WAY TOO GENEROUS. The manager should be ashamed. Read more

I had a coupon with me and i went through it very carefully to make sure that the coupon was valid. However, when i presented to... the employee, she said that her shop did not accept any coupon. I was very certain that there was no exception in my coupon butshe didn't care. She emphasized that her shop here did not accept coupons. Subway must take responsible for the coupons theyhave issued and honor them. If any shop has a power to decline coupons, why bother launching promoting? Read more

Ordered DoorDash. They gave me an incorrect sandwich with apology. Will not release my credit to DoorDash refund. Unacceptable
