I am a HUGE Taco Time fan, which is why I?m so upset (and hangry) after my experience at the Ballard location. Today I ordered a... bean burrito combo (I?m vegetarian) and a beef taco salad for my daughter. The window guy and I joked about how I love the tacosauce, and he said he would give me 10. We had fun. When I got home, there were NO sauces in the bag, and the burrito was beef.So I spent $26 dollars for my daughter?s salad, some tater tots, soda water and banter at the window. Read more

We come all the time for caseda buritto we order beef 2 of them with ranch dressing. Today smaller size with salad, no ranch... dressing on top of meat before rolling tortilla and the taste was just awful!! I at half of it and will throw the other halfout. So sad, we loved taco. Container different and the food is really different. We had beef. NEVER AGAIN there went a 20 downthe drain. Read more
The staff here rocks! Can hardly believe it's a fast food drive-thru, with what a stellar customer experience I always get. The... guy with the radio voice is incredible, an absolute staple. I had a different drive-thru employee recently, and he also wentabove & beyond! Great attention to detail, genuine care put into what otherwise would be a transactional exchange. Thank you,awesome employees! The only negatives: 1. non-compostable containers for salsa & jalapenos (they should take the Chipotleapproach with compostable cardboard salsa cups). 2. soft "tacos" = burritos. Baffling.... (they may have remedied this since Ihave not ordered a "taco" from here ever since). Overall awesome, would become a dangerous habit if it weren't for the plasticsalsa cups... :) Will recommend this location! Read more
