Quite disappointed by the quality of my order. I placed it online for pickup at 11:25am and arrived at 11:20am to see soggy... fries and sandwich (half of it was soggy). I ate at the store so there was no delivery time that made them soggy and soft (asthey recommended not to order them for delivery). Don't recommend ordering for pickup since it's not fresh at all. They haveseats indoors and it was clean with water available so that was nice. Ordered the 8" pizza steak with mushrooms and I cannotrecommend it. Menu claims the steak is broiled with their Tat's marinara and it clearly had little to none on it. They had somemarinara on the side that I drizzled over my sandwich as I ate it though. Maybe they used to do it that way or something iswrong. There was some flavor in the beef though. Fresh cut fries were the worse that I have ever had. Looked like they were thepieces on the bottom of the pile or something because they were mostly small pieces. If that's how they make their fries, thenbe prepared for that style of soft and soggy fries. I'll give them one more chance and order at the store next time to see ifthere's any improvement since my coworker enjoys them. Read more

The food was great! Like some of the other reviews I think that the place is a little pricey, but the atmosphere and food... quality make up for it! The restaurant got busy around lunchtime and service quality never dipped. This goes to show how thelocals love the place and how organized the staff are. Great place for lunch. Read more

Philly Beef Cheesesteak is awesome, the best comfort food in a cold day. Tat's Strami is also great, a little bit salty and... sweet that is a special flavor worth to try. Read more

Best guilty pleasure lunch in downtown! Order online for a super quick and easy pickup during the lunch rush! I ordered the beef... cheesesteak hoagie style with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, and it's the perfect combo of fresh and greasy happiness. The little side coleslaw was tasty but very wet, so if that's not your thing, you probably should avoid it. $12 for a hugesandwich in downtown is great, and I like taking it to-go and eating in Occidental Square. Great sandwiches and fast service! The prices are pretty high so be prepared for that. It cost our family of 4 over $70 for... lunch, and we only got 2 of the smaller sandwiches, a hotdog, chicken and fries! ????????????? Food tastes good but prettyexpensive for a sandwich. Read more

Great sandwiches and fresh cut fries! Got cheesesteaks and meatball subs and very satisfied with both taste and the quantity of... filling. I recommend ordering 12 inch so you can have a meal later. I am a former "East Coaster" and know my way around aPhilly cheesesteak. This is as close as I have come in Seattle area. Try a cheesesteak wit onions, mushrooms, sweet peppersand American cheese. There is a parking lot across the street and one right behind the deli, although be aware that the ratesgo way up during special events like ball and soccer games. They do have pick up parking in front. Read more
