We got the vegetarian banh mi and it was so so good, it was really fast, and they have a bunch of vegan options too
The portion is hugeeeee!!! The congee is a nice touch. Vietnamese coffee is decent. The meat is extremely tender. I have to take... 2 stars off cuz I find the dish overall too sweet. The salad could use way less sugar. It?s so sweet I didn?t have to use thefish sauce (which is often sweetened in Vietnam but I?m not sure here cuz I didn?t try it). Giving 5 stars BUT I have some feedback :) I ordered the Hue City Beef Noodle with sliced beef, and I found that the beef was... just a little too tough/chewy and too large. I would have also preferred the noodles to be a bit less cooked, but I?m not sureif that?s possible. A small place, we went there around 2 pm, Saturday. No wait and not many people. They check vaccination status for indoor dine... in. We ordered "monkey bridge pho", "fried tofu egg rolls" and "banh mi" Pho was overall good, ok toppings, soup was great.Maybe pick other kind of pho for next time. Egg rolls are great and crispy. The broth for the pho was the best I ever had! Seriously amazing. My only complaint is the meat was cut very thick and was very... fatty. Very chewy and not a great taste. Didn?t eat the meat in my pho. With all that being said, I would still go back andorder the same thing and just pick around the meat. The tofu veggie wraps were so amazing and delicious!
