Reviews for The Roanoke in Seattle, WA
Classic old school dive bar with a good vibe and good service. I enjoyed the Seattle rock music art on the walls.
This is just a nice, friendly, neighborhood bar. Not really a sports bar, but there's usually sports on the TV's. Decent whiskey... selection. Nice staff. Probably the nicest thing to me, is there's a whole mini backyard kind of outdoor area in back. Read more

Great spot on north Cap hill. New ownership (sean) is very friendly and makes you feel like you are a regular even if you are... not. Limited menu with no fryer, I know a bar with out a fryer? The burgers are especially tasty. Good whiskey selection andplenty local drafts. Read more
The Cobb Sandwich was awesome, nachos had lots of cheese & were better than most bar nachos, & had all the usual suspects for... beers on tap. Everytime I went in the ladies? room someone would be shaking the door handle and trying to push it open. Goodthing there's an extra lock on there... Though it looks like it could be stronger ???? all around: a dive bar with above averagefood. Read more
Great place. They have a small but solid menu of classic bar food, 15 beers on tap, and the ingredients to make any classic... cocktail you'd want. You can tell they really care about their customers, I wandered in once on a special occasion and abartender took the time to come out to my table and let me know why a group of 30 was here together, and that I should feelwelcome regardless. Not to miss when you are in the neighborhood. Read more
