We drove 20 minutes out of our way to get to this place, we get there and the girl working behind the counter says "sorry... closing early." Someone just walked out! It was still an hour before the listed closing time! Definitely not the way to getreturning customers. Read more
Tres calientes, add mushrooms. Two things to be mindful of: this location's sign is on the building wall, and their automated... system sends a text saying your food is ready right after ordering. Otherwise- I wasn't hungry enough to eat the whole thing butI did anyway cause it was good. Read more
The person who took my order was super friendly and down to earth. Portions were generous which is always a plus! Good value for... money. The food was also really good- I thought the meat was seasoned well and the texture was good- just the right amount ofchewy but not gristly. I will be coming back! Read more

Had to re-evaluate my ranking of cheesesteak places in Seattle after going here. Well-seasoned, generous portions of meat, just... the right amount of barely-contained sloppiness as you make your way through the sandwich, and the Tres Caliente had anexcellent vinegary heat on par with 4* spice at local Thai restaurants (definitely had pickled jalapeños mixed in and I thinkthey sprinkled habanero pepper flakes on top). If you're looking for quality sandwiches and aren't tied down by it needing tobe as authentically bland as typical Philly cheesesteaks (come at me, I lived there for 7 years), go here first. Tres House of Cheesesteaks is known for their... you guessed it, cheesesteaks. They pack their sandwich with lots of meat and... other toppings, and if you like spicy, I recommend going the spicy route since it adds way more flavor. They have a smallermenu, but you don't need much variation here to be honest. They do have good burgers as well, using the steak as the meat. Theironion rings are pretty good as well, make sure you get Ranch with them. Would definitely get this on a weekly basis, it'sfilling, delicious and overall not too expensive for what you get. Wow! Wow.wow.wooow..this place is AMAZING! They have a spicy vegetarian cheesestake that is to die for. My partner got the... regular steak and we could hardly tell the difference. Went back the next week and I got the same thing and my partner got thespicy chicken cheesestake and somehow they were even better!?! Anyway, get yourself a cheesestake from Tres, best in the city!
