Simply the winner. So good. The chef creates the master pieces with the freshest ingredients. You must try if you like sushi.

Pretty good for the price point, $40-50 omakase. salmon was very good. Scallop was super good too. tuna wasn't very good. Has... legit wasabi which is always a good sign. Would return once they're open for dine in and can pick and choose which ones I want. Read more

Yes, I agree with the people below me. This is by far the best sushi place in PNW. (Even my picky foodie friend from Portland... agrees me) $40 omakase (10pcs nigiri 1pc futomaki style negi toro) : 1 GF and 1 normal $30 futomaki : not gluten-free (Bothtake out) They were also very nice and assisted me well in changing one of my menu to Gluten-free. Best nigiri sushi I've had in the PNW. Ordered for pickup the next day. $40 for a good variety and quantity of sushi. This is a... place run by a Japanese sushi chef, so my interaction with the woman in charge of the orders and hearing the chef talking in theback kitchen reminded me of my days living in Tokyo. Upon first glance I didn't think the portion would be enough but it was,and the fish was fresh, and the rice had perfect consistency and flavor. ???????? Read more

Ordered take out on the restaurant's online ordering website. The pick up was smooth. Sushi Omakase was really great value for... the price. Super fresh ingredients. Everything tasted amazing, especially the charred ones. Each piece was distinct and like amini adventure with layers of flavors and textures. The portion was perfect. I started to feel full at the 9th piece but wasable to finish everything. Will definitely order again! Read more

Wataru! I only had the chance to go once in person before the pandemic and that was an amazing experience. They now only offer... takeout (via Tock) and omg, it is the absolute best value for amazing sushi! There's only 3 options so we got all three to try,and they're all terrific. $40 each for omakase or chirashi, and $30 for the futomaki, aka big fat roll. If you were to pick onlyone, I would highly recommend the chirashi. You get similar amount of fish but more variety than omakase and the seasoned riceunderneath that you can't see in the picture is so so oishii! Highly highly recommend. And I'll def be trying to snag a seat atthe chef's table again whenever they do reopen! Read more

One of the better Omakase that we have enjoyed compared to other West Coast cities. Sushi quality is excellent, and directly... flown in from various regions of Japan as well as local and US destinations like Bainbridge Island, Alaska, Canada, etc. Veryintimate setting with only 6 chef bar seats. Reservations must be made way in advance (max 6 months out). Can always check forlast minute cancellations night before. Chef was friendly and engaging. Worth the very filling, personalized experience andfantastic quality of fish. Read more
